Bengkel yang telah dihadiri oleh 38 orang peserta yang terdiri daripada semua penyelaras kualiti negeri dan beberapa pegawai kualiti hospital/institusi bertujuan untuk memberi latihan TOT mengenai Pelaksanaan Audit KPI yang baru dikemaskini pada tahun 2022 serta pelaksanaan Shortfall In Quality (SIQ) KPI. Pelaksanaan Audit bagi setiap KPI adalah penting supaya data yang diterima adalah sahih dan tepat. Manakala pengurusan SIQ yang efektif adalah perlu bagi mengenalpasti kelemahan-kelemahan yang terdapat dalam sistem supaya ianya dapat ditambahbaik. Di dalam bengkel ini juga para peserta saling menyumbang idea bagi menambah baik program KPI disamping berkongsi permasalahan dan cabaran yang terdapat di lapangan.
