The cover is thick cardstock designed to keep the coils inside the spine of the notebook, rather than sticking out where they might snag or be crushed. It makes for a great compact sketchbook. At 4.2 x 6" I'd consider it a bit larger than what we usually consider pocket size, despite its "pocket series" name. I dunno, mayhaps it fits in dude pockets, but I've never had a pocket this big. Still, it's compact for a sketchbook and perfect for travel or a daily sketch. It's also great as a notepad for writing, though this thicker paper really does beg for art to be made with it.

Most titles in the pocket game series are strictly card based, so you can play them almost anywhere. Tabletop card games in the series use game mats and small standees, so they fit in small boxes that travel well. Want to bulk up your collection? The EGG Series Bundle comes with all 16 titles.

The Croquis Sketchbook series features beautifully textured cream-colored paper. The soft texture of the paper allows you your pencil and pen drawings to really shine. And because it's woven paper, you can use the subtle "grid" of the paper as a guide for sketching.

Polly Pocket is a 2D-animated adventure fantasy children's television series based on Mattel's doll of the same name. It features Polly having a magical locket that allows her and her friends to shrink down to tiny sizes.

The series was originally produced by Mattel Television and WildBrain Studios for Family Channel in Canada and Universal Kids in the US before moving to Netflix in both countries for future seasons since season 3.[1][2]

The show's first season premiered on Family Channel in Canada and on Netflix in the United States on July 8, 2018 and May 1, 2020[5] and on American television via Universal Kids on July 1, 2019, with the latter airing the second season to air alongside it back-to-back.[6][7] The series has since aired on Universal Kids and Netflix in the United States with most of the episodes also appearing via its dedicated user handle on YouTube. From the second season to date, website sources also reveal that the series was picked up for television and/or streaming broadcast in over 12 countries and territories worldwide.[6][7][8]

On June 13, 2019, WildBrain announced a second season in development with Mattel [9] with children's media-focused publication, The Toy Book, revealing on October 20, 2020 that Mattel and WildBrain renewed the series for more episodes without stating whether it was for a new season or not;[10] the show's second season was released on Netflix on November 15, 2020.

Wolfgang Schloegel (spelling?) was the head and Scott Andrew Hutchins was a main contributor. Scott was not a particularly nice guy, as I recall. I won a lot of series 6 dinosaurs that he was bidding on by sniping it and he sent me an email full of curses and insults.

Thanks for the advice on Blogger. I will write that down and check it out.

Monsters in My Pocket was a toy franchise that started in the 80s that consisted of a series of small, rubber figures. These figures were each only a few inches tall and could each come in a variety of solid colors. What makes this toy line special is that each figure is modeled after a certain creature that exists in some sort of real culture. Some are from ancient mythology such as Medusa or the Minotaur, some are cryptids like Bigfoot, some are from famous literature like the Jabberwocky from Alice in Wonderland and some actually did exist in real life in some form. Here I have the Monster in My Pocket version of a very famous cryptid, the Loch Ness Monster, which according to alleged sightings is some sort of a plesiosaur.

The Series 2 of Monster in My Pocket figures came soon after the originals, in 1992. Only twenty-four monsters were in this collection, and the colors were neon green (slightly darker than the series 1's neon green), blue, pink, and orange. Only a select few of these monsters made any appearances in Monster in My Pocket media. The boxes ranged from a 24-box set with all the series 2 figures, as well as 12-box sets with one 30-point monster and 11 random monsters. It also introduced the first 30 point monsters and got rid of the 5 point monsters.

The creation of the Polly Pocket animated series is part of a co-development, production, distribution and licensing deal between DHX Media and Mattel Inc. for new original content inspired by celebrated Mattel properties. In addition to Polly Pocket, new animated series from the collaboration include Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam and Little People.

Side Pocket is a series of billiards simulators developed by Data East. Though the series initially started in the arcades it found greater success in the consoles, eventually receiving console-exclusive sequels. The series would also receive spin-offs in the form of the Pocket Gal titles.

Now, we are going to make the welts. To do this, simply fold the top of the Pocket Welt into a pleat so that the top half of the pocket opening is covered. To help ensure the pleat aligns exactly with half of the opening, mark the center of the short edges as a guide. Press the top welt into place creating a nice clean edge to the pleat and pin to secure.

I have a store bought woolen jacket, every time I wear it my hands try to slide into the nonexistent side pockets. I have been considered adding patch pockets to it, with the openings on a slant. I do not have matching fabrics. The jacket fabric is heavy-ish red & black buffalo plaid and the fabric I was going to use for the pockets is a lighter weight black wool. Does that sound too heavy for welt pockets on a slant?
