Tell Santa what you want for Christmas and get your picture taken with the big guy on top of Santa's Mountain, a replica of the one featured in the movie. After the photo is taken, children have the opportunity to slide down the big red slide.

Although Nast had gotten the paraphernalia of reindeer, sleigh, etc down to a tee, the famous red suit was still yet to be set. Over the decades Santa would be depicted in a variety of colours such as blue, green and the yellow as pictured in this 1864 edition of Moore's "A Visit from St. Nicholas".

Pictured here are just two of Norman Rockwell's many Santa themed covers for the Saturday Evening Post. Like Sundblom's depictions for Coca Cola more than a decade later, these pictures of Rockwell's give a very physiologically human and naturalistic aspect to the character as opposed to the more cartoonish features which had gone before.

Santa will arrive at Northlake Mall, 6801 Northlake Mall Dr., on Friday, leaving plenty of time for him to take pictures with every kid. The mall is also hosting a sensory-friendly event where special needs children can meet Santa.

Santa Claus is coming to town! Bring your friends and family to share in the Christmas cheer and take a picture with St. Nick in Wai Makai second level center court from Friday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Dec. 24.

WHAT: Join Santa in the Touch of Color Stadium Club for a special holiday breakfast and pictures with Santa. The menu includes scrambled eggs, buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, bacon, assorted fruit, orange juice, milk, coffee, and water. Participants who bring new, unopened toys for donation will receive a free ticket voucher for a Louisville Bats home game during the 2023 season.

Jordan Creek offers more than one opportunity to meet Santa this year. While pictures with Santa are available for booking from now until Christmas Eve, Jordan Creek also offers pet nights with Santa, where you can capture photos with you, your furry loved one and Santa, from Nov. 20 until Dec. 5, from 4 to 7 p.m.

As photography became more accessible in the early 20th century, it became common for families to have their picture taken with Santa Claus as a memento of the holiday season. For extended families who visit Santa at Phipps together, please book separate appointments per household/family. Our schedule allows five (5) appointments every 15 minutes so you should be able to book your appointments in the same time slot.
