The Collage tool allows you to put together beautiful images in a soothing composition. If you want to impress your followers by adding cool image collages to your blog, this is definitely the tool for you!

Cool to see that you're doing some coding here :) I don't know anything about the collage content type, but I know that if development mode or development folder isn't on the semantics are stored in the database when the H5P file is uploaded, and after that the database value is used so it won't help changing the file. Hope it helps!

This tool makes is really simple and fast to create a collage, but I'm wondering why the rights of use button won't appear when I create a collage. When making collages of creative commons licensed work it would be really handy for the attribution information to be packaged with the collage.

I recently had a bunch of my paintings, drawings, and sketchbook studies printed by a local printer, to generate new collage material. I always scan my smaller work at high resolution, and my larger works I have professionally photographed, so I have high quality digital images of everything. In Adobe PhotoShop I re-sized some of the images, and then ganged them up on 11"x17" files, ready for the printer. You could do this on your own printer if you have plenty of ink.

Many artists have warm-up practices, or do a bunch of studies before plunging into 'real' work. This sounds like an obvious good way to start your painting session, so why haven't I been doing it on a regular basis? I dip into it once in awhile but have not managed to sustain it on any regular basis. Here is a post about quickies. It is almost THREE YEARS old! It is not the last time I engaged with small studies, but still. Here is a video on collage with scraps from almost two years ago.

One of the many things I learned - or re-learned - in my residency at Truro Center for the Arts is the value of this practice. Whether you call them warm-up pieces or studies, the essential aspect is that they are NOT art. They are your playground, a way to warm-up the hand, the eye, the creative muscle that makes visual decisions quickly. You don't have to show any of them to anybody. I don't keep a regular sketchbook as such because I like to work in wet media - paint or collage - and in multiples. I'd have to let one piece dry before turning the page. But these warm-up studies (I'll call them studies, or tudes) are like a sketchbook.

Add photos without uploading, create your own photo collage and save/share your collages. This tool works on PCs, tablets and smart phones (iOS and Android). Use the site without registration and create Facebook or Twitter covers and header collages. Choose from collage templates or create free form collages.

Please tag your posts with either [Digital] or [Analog] or [analogue] so we know how the collage was made. A combo works too [analog/digital]. If you are not posting a collage then use [Discussion] for the self-post.

This photo accented the few browns on his face and gave me the highlights and shadows I would need in creating the line-drawing for the pattern, as well as definition to his face and body to guide me later in the collage process itself.

Yes you can, start off by creating a blank document the size you want your collage to be, then on the File menu use Place to insert your images. I'd recommend inserting each image onto it's own layer, this allows you to edit the image without effecting the others.

I just created a collage with multiple images, following video tutorial instructions, but when I double click on a single image for editing it doesn't open in a separate window.... Is this a bug or do I miss something in option, preferences and so on...

I insert photos in every e-mail we send (we are an event florist). Sometimes I have to create a collage on another site then upload it because the layouts in Constant Contact don't allow for cohesive photo sharing!! Would love an option to insert a photo collage or slideshow to showcase our floral designs Thanks for the consideration!:smileywink:

Thanks for the feedback everyone! We're going through the process of updating the statuses of all our ideas in hopes of making it more clear where features stand in the product pipeline. There are no immediate plans in the works for this, but we recognize and have done some preliminary research into this request. We found that many of our customers were already using Canva to create their graphics, which influenced the decision for the Canva integration. This should make it easy to create and use collages, but we're still open to feedback on whether this is enough or if there should be more exploration of a feature like this. Please continue to comment and provide any use cases that would be helpful.

I just thought you will be needing a photo viewer and an editing program? If you do, then you may want checking this PhotoViewerPro that I use for my photo collage. It has an advance features that works great.

an assemblage or occurrence of diverse elements or fragments in unlikely or unexpected juxtaposition: The experimental play is a collage of sudden scene shifts, long monologues, musical interludes, and slapstick.

CollageIt is an easy-to-use photo grid & collage maker for Mac OS X & Windows, which makes collage automatically. In a matter of seconds, this collage software can turn any ordinary photos into impressive collages.

~ Next, prepare your collage materials. I collect lots of scraps throughout the year so may of these odd shapes were already cut. I then went through my old art drawer and took out a bunch of paintings. I cut these into square and rectangle shapes. I also have a draw of colored paper and a drawer of patterned scrapbook paper. (I use the Alex drawers from IKEA to store paper and old art.) I selected a few pieces and cut them up. Next I found some fabric scraps and cut those up, too. Lastly, I separated each color into its own tray and added some buttons.

It used to be super easy to create a great looking collage in Adobe Express. I could select multiple pictures and it would build it. Any size I chose, and let me play with it until I saved it. I can't seem to do that anymore. HELP PLEASE!

This is nuts! It was what we primarily subscribe to Adobe for! They need to bring back the simple Express way to create a photo collage from selected, uploaded photos - again with several variation choices!

It is now December 11, and the collage feature still appears to be missing. This is a VERY popular feature and removing it was simply a bad decision, (same for the scroll bars in Acrobat!) It seems Adobe will do whatever they whatever they want to their software despite the rejection of the people who actually use it. it is clear that there is no intention to bring it back. Please just be honest!

For anyone that has the CC package intuitive easy and quick collages were the one thing that was missing from PS and AI and Express covered that GAP with the Collage function!! for many of us creative professionals, it was the only reason we used express !!!! Such a dumb move to remove it !!!!! It's painful! please bring it back

How can I stretch, rotate and then place the individual images on a canvas, so that I can have the complete freedom while creating the collage? The image placement might so happen that the images lie outside the canvas area.

Armstrong was a prolific collage artist, using photographs, letters, promotion materials, newspaper articles and more to create art on the walls of his home, in scrapbooks and on 500 reel-to-reel tape boxes which are part of the Armstrong Archives. Here are some of our favorites. Visit some of the originals on display at the Here to Stay Exhibition at the Louis Armstrong House Museum in Corona, Queens.

I currently have set up a shopify store using the "Dawn" Template (The most recent version). For some reason it does not give me an option to shrink the size of the 'collage' block (picture attached). I am trying to shorten the length so it all fits on to one page when you look at it in full screen mode. It is currently quite a bit longer than a full page when viewing it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

this resizes the entire collage card. How can I resize only the large image of the three? This changes aspect ratio and doesn't work with my photos. I would need to change images to make it fit the aspect. I want to leave the two smaller images native and shrink the larger image. ff782bc1db
