Iam using this software from last 3months its very userfriendly. Compare to other software in a market. Just go through it once with proper training you will understand it with in a 2 days. Technical support also is good but sometime problem is if you tell them to call back on our time they forgot. Followup is lacking from Technical support. Its hapen we can understand due to overloded phonecalls. Keep rocking petpooja. "Mr.VASIM" is very polite if we not get any responce from Technical support. He assist me very well.
