9.2. Text Messaging.Spin and those acting on its behalf may send you text (SMS) messages at the phone number you provided us. These messages may include operational messages about your use of the Services, as well as marketing or other promotional messages similar to the products or services received. You may not be able to use the Services without allowing operational text messages as those are an integral part of the service. You may opt-out of receiving marketing text messages at any time by sending an email to support@spin.pm indicating that you no longer wish to receive marketing texts along with the phone number of the mobile device receiving the messages. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while Spin processes your request, and you may also receive text messages confirming the receipt of your opt-out request. 30-Day Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above. You can opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending an email from your registered email address on Spin to Us at support@spin.pm with the subject line, "ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER OPT-OUT."
