@NikG, that's what I did in my workflow above. I'm actually calling the shortcut when mentioned launch "app". I tried directly launching the app via shortcut (similar to your suggestion) which didn't work, and also tried to first launch parallels client before launching app shortcut which also didn't work. I've tried workflow with other non parallels client app and it work.

Yup, it works just fine for me. One thing that comes to mind - do you have the "save password" ticked in the client connection? Otherwise it would probably launch the client and prompt you for password.

Due to network latency with Epcior. Using the client with Parallels, the client is directly in the same network as the app/db servers which means better client performance. All that is being transmitted to and from us is screen/rdp data.

Just downloaded the TC2000 Parallels Client and it's just laggy. I can feel the 0.5-1sec delay when i try to zoom charts and do stuff, and I do not like it one bit. Any tips to improve the performance of the tc2000 parallels client? If no, what are M1 users doing since bootcamp is not supported for M1 and i reckon the only option is full-blown Parallels virtualization with windows install but I m not holding my breath performance-wise given my laggy experience with TC2000 Parallels Client.

I do not have access to my computer during the day and my cell phone is not able to do what I need it to. The tv2000 app is great but I need more size and capability. I discovered parallels client yesterday and plan on buying a tablet today, preferably an iPad solely for the purpose of viewing tc2000. I have a few questions:

I run TC2000 Anywhere on Android (both phone and tablet) and on a Kindle Fire HD 10 (which is just an Android variant), but a colleague who uses it regularly on a much wider variety of devices thinks the best experience is on an iPad. Of what I use, the Android phone and tablet are better than the Kindle (even though the client is identical). I don't really know why the Kindle doesn't do as well as the other Android devices.

I am using a friends iPad at the moment without the keyboard accessory. I really like the parallels client app but it can be a bit slow. Also, apple does not make keyboard accessory with touchpad, but just the external keyboard. Whereas both Microsoft and Samsung have keyboard with touchpad.

I don't have a mouse or trackpad attached to any of my tablets or phones (but as mentioned do use a keyboard most of the time), so I can't say for sure. I am asking around to see if anybody else has tried using the iOS or Android client with a pointer device (it seems likely somebody has, but we will see).

I don't recall ever seeing the circle you describe in the Android client at all (although maybe I am misunderstanding your description), but my guess is it is a "loading icon" of some sort. I have a 20ms ping time to the server and a synchronous 1 Gbps connection. If my guess is correct, it would be a result of a large portion of the screen changing at once. Large graphics changes can involve large amounts of data needing to be moved which can slow things down with a sub-optimal internet connection.

You must have at least one authentication policy in AuthPoint that includes the Parallels RAS RADIUS client resource. If you already have authentication policies, you do not have to create a new authentication policy. You can add this resource to your existing authentication policies.

The fact that you are running this on an Apple M1 Mac shouldn't really matter. What the Check Point VPN software sees and interacts with is a Windows x86-64 installation of Windows. The fact that this operating system is being emulated by Parallels shouldn't really be visible to the operating system and thus not affecting things in such a way.

What version of Windows are you running and what version of the Check Point VPN client are you deploying?

What endpoint features are needed? If only VPN access is required, look into Check Point's L2TP-over-IPSec functionality. It works with the VPN client built into Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and more.

We do have native clients that run on the Mac and are supported with the M1 processor (albeit they require Rosetta2 currently).

Or if you need something in the Windows VM, you can use the Check Point Mobile client from the Windows Store.

I don't know about the configuration on the organisations side, but I was told I am only able to use the checkpoint VPN client, so unless they specifically allow it I don't think the L2TP-over-IPSec is an option?

Im facing similar problem, im running win10 in Parallels app on M1 macbook air. The problem is that I need to have my native os (macOSX) connected to corporate VPN while WIN10 connected to a client. I've installed Check Point mobile E86.80 and i can not even open the menu to configure sites. I see error - connectivity with the vpn service is lost. Any thoughts how to solve this?

i'd like to ask you, one our client is using certificate + ldap password on the VPN remote access, I've successfully installed my certificate but still have error while connecting. Is there any way how to troubleshoot this erorr?
