Precautions - A drop of essential oil is extracted from more than 100 long leaves of a plant therefore these are very powerful and concentrated oil and hence should always be used under proper guidance. Doses of essential oils vary for prevention and cure and also depend on the age, body constitution and health of the individual. Keep it out of reach of children. Avoid its neat contact with skin. Do not swallow without diluting it.

The dropout rates in various studies[13,14] are usually affected by how one defines drop out and in our study the dropout was defined as one who did not turn up for follow-up against the therapist's advice. Studies have shown that dropping out of the treatment regimen is weakly related to the degree of pain and dysfunction at the initial visit and strongly relate to environmental obstacles, perceived improvement of illness, and dissatisfaction with services.[17] It would be interesting to know that whether compliance depends upon gender, age, distance traveled, level of education, and job portfolio as these reasons may reveal significant biasing. It is important to find out the reasons for patient attrition in TMJIDD patients; the present retrospective study was done to find whether gender, age, distance traveled, occupation, and education are related to the dropout rate of patients suffering from TMJIDD.

Funch and Gale[13] reported that 46% of patients failed to complete the treatment and the dropout rate in a study by Smith[18] was 35.3% in TMDs patients. De Boever et al.[17] reported a compliance rate of 10%. In this study, dropout rate was 48.31% at the 10th day which correlates with Funch and Gale[13] but is less than De Boever et al.[17] At the 3rd month, only 2.34% of patients returned for follow-up and this dropout rate was higher than the previous studies.

We report here anomalous diffusions of components in mixtures of monomer of polybenzimidazole, i.e., 2-phenyl-1H,1'H-5,5'-bibenzo[d]imidazole (BI) and phosphoric acid (PA) from molecular dynamics simulations. We have observed initial drop and further increase in self-diffusion constant for both monomer molecule (BI) and PA with gradual increase in PA concentration. The origin of such anomalous diffusion is identified in this work, which happens to be the presence of dynamic heterogeneity in each component of the binary mixture. We characterized microscopic picture of dynamical heterogeneity by finding correlation between dynamical heterogeneity and structural arrangement among the components of the binary system. Different types of H-bonding arrangements in the BI-PA systems at different concentration of PA are observed. The stability of the H-bonded network consisting of different types of H-bonds between BI and PA in the system has been studied by calculating the lifetime of various H-bonds. The results indicate that there are fast and slow moving PA molecules in the mixtures because of coexistence of different types of hydrogen bonds among the components of the mixture. 2351a5e196
