A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Has anyone connected a Novo Business Bank account yet? I'm in the process of getting everything connected. Talked to EBay on the phone twice now. Last I heard from Novo is that they will have my Doing Business As name updated in their app in the next 72 hours as of yesterday. So I might be able to create a sellers account with Novo on Saturday. Ebay said they will get back to me with more information but when i talked to them today I think I solved it. When I enter the routing number it says that its a completely different bank. Maybe its a parent company? Anyway I plan on updating this as soon as I find out, so others will be able to do the same. I came here to report the same issue. Nothing has changed with my Novo account. QBO reports the exact same error that you saw. Really need to get this resolved, as there is zero benefit to using a service that can't connect with my bank and synchronize financial activities.

Thanks for the update. It's been 12 days of grappling with Error 105 or 103, whatever you guys are dealing with, with no end in sight. A coworker of yours suggested a manual workaround which is not a sustainable solution. This is a basic bank connection and accounting issue; the inability to revert to a previously working system is concerning.

Thank you for the response. However, redirecting each of us to the support team doesn't seem to be a productive solution. It essentially divides us, while we all are facing the same issue. This ongoing discussion thread is a more appropriate platform to keep us collectively informed on the progress being made to resolve this simple bank connection issue.

None of the help or self-help suggested by QuickBooks has helped so far. I have tried from clearing cache, private window, different browsers... All of it! Nothing helped!

This has been a ridiculously long time to fix a crucial connectivity issue like this. As if the priority to be able to reconcile our book is not quite appreciated by our very own bookkeeping provider.

Same thing here. I reported to Novo a week ago and haven't gotten anything back other than they are looking into it. It seems they don't understand the staggering cumulative impact on small business customers, working without bookkeeping resources, when something like this happens. Does anyone have any insight into whether the problem is on the QBO or Novo end of the connection? I have two other banking connections and two credit card connections that are syncing fine. Or is it possible that QBO is trying to hurt Novo that has services like integrated invoicing and may be looking to become its own all-in-one platform for small business?

I've been experiencing this problem for WEEKS. I received an email from Quickbooks saying the problem was fixed and to disconnect and then reconnect my Novo bank account. I disconnected my Novo bank account and it is "unavailable" - I can't reconnect it. So the problem is not fixed at all.

Trying to connect Novo Bank. Gives me an error message saying contact Customer Service, though customer service gives me stock messages and no help. I've tried by selecting Novo Bank off of the Bank List, and have tried by using both the routing and account number; neither has worked. Any suggestions or magic to be worked?

Like the comment above, suddenly my transaction download from Novo stopped after working consistently for over a year. I kept getting MFA texts to my phone each time I tried (and failed) to download transactions. I disabled Quicken download from Novo, just like the user above did, and now I'm getting the attached error when I try to reenable direct connect to Novo within Quicken. I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe annual subscription.

Same issue here. I keep getting a MFA text from Novo when trying to download. I have never needed to use a MFA code to download Novo transactions into Quicken before. No window pops up in Quicken for entry of the MFA for Novo either. I kept my connection in tact hoping this will be corrected.

So, the current status (as I understand it), is that Quicken is not actively working this issue and instead is waiting for my Novo ticket to result in some resolution. I was pretty clear with the Quicken chat agent that, as a former CIO who, in the past, had customer service responsibilities for software products, I thought being put in the middle of a Quicken-Novo connectivity issue was very poor customer service. Needless to say, my responses to Quicken's post-ticket customer sat questionnaire wasn't very positive.

I spent 90 minutes on with Quicken support last week and now have a ticket number as well, but nothing else. I can try and raise this with Novo too - I think something may have changed on their end, as my connection to Novo with another software provider is also not working anymore.
