On my system, it pops up everytime when I launch Chrome or Firefox. I disabled all notifications in the settings menu and clicked the `disable this notification` button on the pop-up message itself but it still keeps popping up.
I'm trying to push a configuration profile to allow Google Chrome notifications, but I seem to be running into some issues. Do you try to use the browser extension, or the mobile app of Dropbox Passwords? As for the approval, it might sound trivial but have you tried closing Chrome, and the device itself, and then open them again?
