This has been going on for weeks. Snapchat says I have 1 notification but when I open it there are no new chats, photos, videos, nothing. When someone does snapchat me for real it will add on, so if I get one snapchat from my friend it will say 2 in the red notification bubble and once I open the actual snapchat the notification goes back to one it's like there is a ghost snapchat in my inbox. I have tried restarting my phone, signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstalling, updating snapchat, nothing works. It's more of an annoyance than a problem but it also makes me wonder if it's glitching in other ways like skipping over or deleting snaps before I open them but still reads them as there.

Im not sure what fixed the problem because i did it all at once but i went to settings and went to notifications and shut them off and back on then i cleared the cache then i deleted old conversations .... Hope this helps

Missed call attempts appear as notifications. So, when someone calls you using Snapchat and you don't answer, it will show a notification until you "view" or click on the missed call in the chat page where you view all of your Snaps.

The similar issue happened to me on my Mac. There was 1 red notification badge on Messages app on Mac (macOS Ventura 13.5.2), even though there was no unread messages at all. As @ryingg suggested, I told Siri on Mac like "Read my message". Siri started reading a message that I didn't recognize (maybe a junk message?). Yes I have the same issue, message notifications make a sound when unlocked, but not when locked, Lock Screen does not even light up when notification received. If I wake it up the notification is there.

I took out my very old iPhone se (1st gen) and started using it again, it is supposed to be compatible with iOs 15. When I get text or email it vibrates very gently, like I can feel it if I'm holding it in my hand, but no notification sounds, no ringtone when I get a call.

I have the same issue with notification sounds not working unless the phone is unlocked. However, the notification still sounds on my watch. When I turn off Bluetooth, the notification sound works just fine.

Hello Lads! Is there any way to receive notifications once someone sends a message in the stream chat, I am using an iPhone to stream so theres no way to read the chat while Im the game, Other streaming apps have been no help cause it keeps on interrupting the quality of the stream in various ways, At the moment I am looking for a way to simply get notified once someone sends a message, Any piece of information will be useful, Thanks! cheers!

Because this isn't the case, let's try reconnecting your tracker as a new device as last resort:

Once this is completed, please set up the notifications one more time, make sure both DND and Sleep Mode are turned off and monitor your tracker's behavior in the next days.

Hello @LizzyFitbit Thank you for your reply, and my apologies for not seeing this sooner. I have tried absolutely every "fix" and reboot possible, but I am still not receiving any notifications on my Fitbit. Is there a way to get a replacement? Otherwise I think I'll just return this device. The whole reason I purchased this to replace my old Fitbit was to receive notifications, since I'm an R.N., and cannot check my phone throughout the day.

By default, only direct messages (DMs), mentions, and keywords will trigger notifications in Slack. You can change your preference to be notified about all new messages sent in conversations you're a part of, or nothing at all.

You can set keywords to trigger notifications about topics that are important to you. Whenever someone uses one of your keywords in a channel you've joined, you'll receive a notification and see the keyword highlighted in yellow.

This is probably a good time to mention that when this problem started, there were TWO contacts that had this issue, but, by some sort of miracle, one of them started giving me notifications again... and I did absolutely nothing, they just randomly came back, and this was a couple weeks after I completely reset my phone and straight up deleted their contacts.

I have the exact same issue with only one contact I am certain the hide notifications is enabled and Even toggled it on and off to make sure . I deleted the contact as well and verified they are only saved on my phone once . I get notifications from all other contacts except this one
