However, sometimes a few kind words to myself (a mantra) can help carry me through those moments with a little more grace and ease. It doesn't have to be a serious chant-like hymn, a mantra can be any combination of words strung together that brings you a little peace of mind.

The idea of Uber entrepreneurship starts to break down with the driver rating system, the research suggests.
