Heads up! Wallpapers that are customized to fit your wall cannot be returned. So, when you receive your wallpaper, make sure that you have all the lengths and that none are defective or damaged. Because sometimes, things don't go our way, and even though we live to please, we also make mistakes. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are, OF COURSE, returned and exchanged free of charge. The wallpaper must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

No one's perfect. Refunds for customized wallpaper cannot be processed in case of customer errors, such as inaccurate measurements or changes of mind. But don't be a stranger. Reach out!
