@3pointEdit - I installed it on my system (Vista 64-bit). Before installing, I had to disable my anti-virus software first. Then, I installed the program as admin and rebooted the computer. After that, I did what arexma mentioned; start the program by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Lightworks\Lightworks
tcardvt.exe. The program ran fine. Once you start the program with ntcardvt.exe for the first time, then you can use the Lightworks.exe (or the shortcut icon) to start it.
