I have some hosts that run the agent locally. Due to networking constraints, the master will connect to those hosts, but there are no other connections possible, especially not agent/satellite to master.

I wanted to execute some passive checks on those hosts and submit results to the agent installed on those hosts. Unfortunately, all I get on my API call is an empty result set. Checking the configuration with an API call against :5665/v1/objects/hosts (or services) would yield an empty list as well. The only configuration that I can see is the checkcommands, but that seems to be the default list only.

I would have thought that you would POST the service check results to

/v1/actions/process-check-result on the agent, and that will then send the

results to the master when the master next asks it for an update.

Assuming I have the master host and a host my.host.name running the agent, then - generally speaking - I would have a zone and an endpoint configured in ./zones.conf for each of them - two zones, two endpoints. One zone and endpoint is master, the other my.host.name and zone my.host.name, the latter with master as parent.

Now when the Trip is saved using PR05, this work flow is triggerred - which is what i want and it sends work item to USER1, now when USER1 says Trip facts are consistent the work item should go to USER2 but here it is failing and the log says "Agent determination for step 0000000416 failed" and details say "Result of agent resolution does not agree with agents of task" which is SWF_RUN 544

Hi, for air-gap environment, I notice that the elastic-agent is not downloading the package from private epr registry, it actually need to download the package from internet. Is there any plan to solve this issue?

When you configure the Universal Agentto execute your test project, you have an option to choose a parser, which will translate the test results generated by your test project to a unified format defined by the Automation Host. The output of the parser will then submit to qTest Manager as test run logs.

An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Cancer treatment generally involves drugs used in combinations. Most previous work has focused on identifying and understanding synergistic drug-drug interactions; however, understanding antagonistic interactions remains an important and understudied issue. To enrich for antagonism and reveal common features of these combinations, we screened all pairwise combinations of drugs characterized as activators of regulated cell death. This network is strongly enriched for antagonism, particularly a form of antagonism that we call 'single-agent dominance'. Single-agent dominance refers to antagonisms in which a two-drug combination phenocopies one of the two agents. Dominance results from differences in cell death onset time, with dominant drugs acting earlier than their suppressed counterparts. We explored mechanisms by which parthanatotic agents dominate apoptotic agents, finding that dominance in this scenario is caused by mutually exclusive and conflicting use of Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1). Taken together, our study reveals death kinetics as a predictive feature of antagonism, due to inhibitory crosstalk between cell death pathways.

Michael Hill, MD, professor of neurology at the University of Calgary, Canada, lead investigator of the ESCAPE-NEXT trial, acknowledged that the results of this trial were disappointing, but he said the FRONTIER results were very encouraging and suggested this agent needs to be given as early as possible.

"Many of us believe that earlier treatment will be better with neuroprotective agents," Savitz said. "This drug is thought to protect brain cells from injury, and stroke patients are losing brain cells rapidly, so it makes sense to get it on board as soon as possible. Giving a neuroprotective agent in the field as they did in the FRONTIER study seems to be the best way to go forward. Yes, this was just an exploratory study, and we have to wait for further trials, but I am encouraged by these results," he added.

Presenting the ESCAPE-NEXT results, Hill explained that the study was designed to replicate the earlier ESCAPE-NA1 trial, which suggested a benefit of nerinetide for patients with acute ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular therapy but not for those who received thrombolysis. It was later discovered that thrombolysis breaks down the nerinetide peptide, inactivating the drug.

He pointed out that if used in the prehospital setting, it will inevitably be given to some patients who turn out not to be having an ischemic stroke. "The FRONTIER results seem to suggest it is safe for these patients, and while this is encouraging, the numbers are too small to make definitive statements," he added.

He added: "Although not yet ready for clinical practice, there is a story emerging from these trials suggesting that with further refinement of trial design and patient selection, we could finally end up with a definitive trial proving the benefit of a neuroprotective agent in patients with acute ischemic stroke."

As part of the effort to destroy its remaining stockpile, the Department of Defense is building the Blue Grass Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP) on the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD), near Richmond, Kentucky. The stockpile stored at BGAD consists of rockets and projectiles containing the nerve agents GB and VX and the blister agent mustard. Continued storage poses a risk to the BGAD workforce and the surrounding community because these munitions are several decades old and are developing leaks.
