Everytime i placed the left earbud in the case, the light was red for half a second and then green again. So i kept taking it out and putting it back (4-5 times before i realized it was keeping red turned in (meaning it was charging) for 1-1,5 seconds. And so i kept pulling the bud out everytime the light turned green and putting it back again. After about 10 times the bud was actually charging and was then charging for about an hour, an hour and a half (maybe less as i was not counting).

After charging complete i was able to see the bud in the app (no need to reconect, forget device or anything) and all was working fine.

This worked! I had tried everything when my left bud wouldn't work right out the box: restarting phone, resetting buds, disconnecting buds, killing the Bluetooth, uninstalling galaxy wear, checking the connections, cleaning the buds, nothing worked.

Then I just kept removing the left bud from the case and putting it back over and over about 10 or so times and eventually the light turned red. A few minutes later a notification popped up on my phone warning of a low battery on the bud. About an hour later the bud was charged and worked fine.

Suddenly, my left earbud will not connect to my phone (S10). In the wearable app, the right one will connect while there is a red "!" by the left bud. This bud will also not emit any sound. When charging in my case, the case will only show its red LED when the left bud is in it (despite having it on charge for 24 hours).

I purchased these buds under a year ago and they have worked perfectly up until yesterday; all of a sudden, the left earbud just wouldn't connect. I've tried literally solution provided but to no avail, and I can not reset them because you need both buds connected in order to reset, can anyone help? Provided is what my Wearable app screen looks like, and proof that it does not let me reset. I know that it is not my device because even when connected to my laptop, the same problem persists. I can not get the left one to work at all. When placed in the charging pod, the LED light appears red despite the fact that I have had them charging for a while, multiple times. I even added a small weight to ensure that the bud was pressed down to the two metal charging connectors, but even that did not work. I also reset all of the apps involving them, reset my bluetooth connection, etc. Nothing. Please help ;-;

I recently received the wyze headphones and have been enjoying them for several days without issue. This morning I pulled the left side away from my ear (placed it on my head behind my ear) for a few seconds to have a conversation with someone and now that side is totally dead. I am not getting any sound output and ANC is not functioning on that side as well. Seems that something in that motion confused the headphones. I tried the troubleshooting steps of:

today I had a problem with my new SE phone which made me leave it at Apple store for revision. Now I'm charging an old iPhone 5 that has been dead for a good month (no usage, kept in a draw). My question is, how long does it take for the phone's battery to charge back up? hours?

It should take about 3 hours for a full charge using the USB wall adapter. If it was charged to at least 50%, then turned off before storing it the phone should recover. However, if it was left powered on and near discharged permanent damage may have been done to the battery.

I am using FrameLayout or PreviewView to display the camera feed. The view is match_parent for the width and height (as I am unable to wrap_content for the height) and the scaleType is fitCenter to get the correct aspect ratio. Doing that as expected results in black area above and below the camera feed. How can I know the top and bottom dead area heights so that I can position other UI elements exactly in that area?

So to answer my own. Since I was trying to achieve a fitCenter scale for the camera preview which for mobile phones is 4:3 what I was able to do is within a ConstraintLayout add a frame layout with a dimension ration of 4:3. That way the camera preview was contained exactly in that layout without any dead areas, and I was to position other UI elements above and below by constraining them to the top and bottom of the frame layout.

The "dead area"/black bars around the preview won't always be on the top and bottom, they might also be on the right and left. Their position depends on the size of the view (which I'm assuming you can get easily), and the aspect ratio of the preview, or even better, its size.

You can get both the optical and audio units before coming across the crawler though it seems to only trigger if dont use the audio unit that the android had in its Hand needs to be taken out the head of another one then as start to walk the crawler grabs you.

Someone brought me their Acer Iconia A500 tablet. When trying the hard reboot, it shows the dead Android bot on the screen. I've heard that Acer is not telling people what is wrong, but will fix for $200. Does anyone have any additional input on this or even better any tips or tricks to get it back up and running?

Ok.. if you are getting the dead android bot then you are doing it wrong. With your tablet off.. Push the lock button towards the vol buttons, then you have to hold the vol. up button and power button until it vibrates on.. then let go of power butt (keeping hold of vol. up button) and flip the lock button to the right and back to the left once. it should fastboot your iconia tablet. If not its a hardware problem not software.

If the device is turned on and is connected to either Wi-Fi or mobile data, its last known location will appear on a map. If you have more than one device connected to the Samsung account, all of the devices will appear on the left side. Select the name of your desired device to see its location.

Galaxy Wearable will open SmartThings Find. A map will be displayed with the last known location. Just tap Ring to have your watch play a sound and vibrate. When you find it, tap the X icon and swipe to the right or left.

If the buds are out of Bluetooth range (32 feet), or if their battery is dead, the app will show the earbud(s) as disconnected and will not be able to locate the earbud(s). Additionally, the earbuds may not beep if there are foreign substances or debris blocking the IR sensor. This function cannot be used to locate a missing charging case.

I had a similar thing happen in July, when the phone was two month old. We were on vacation, and in the evening the phone wouldn't charge. The charging light would come on, but then go off again. The phone had about 20% charge left. I blamed it on the outlet in the hotel, so I switched to another outlet. Same problem. I tried a different charger. Same problem. I turned the phone off and left it charging all night. In the morning it was totally discharged. I left it there all day, and in the evening it was charging.

Then it happened again in September. I was in Rome, and, once again, I was convinced that it was a faulty charger. I turned the phone off, but it was totally dead in the morning. I bought a new charger and plugged it in that evening, and the phone started charging.

Finally, the same thing happened last week. Again, I was away from home. I tried to charge my phone when it still had about 18% charge left. Again, the charge light came on but went off again in a minute or so. The battery kept draining, very quickly. The odd thing was that I couldn't turn the phone off. It kept trying to restart. Even when holding down the volume and the power button simultaneously, the phone would vibrate three times, but it would immediately try to restart, even when it had nowhere near enough charge to restart.

You can then navigate to the android lost website and sign in using those details. Once signed in, you are presented with a host of options including; tracking the location of your device, wiping the memory, erasing the SD card, taking a picture using the front or rear camera, and many other features to help you get your device back.

This method can be used by anyone who owns a Samsung device with a registered Samsung account. Working in a similar way to Google android device manager, the Samsung Find My Mobile website can display a real-time location of your device as long as it is powered on and connected to the Internet. You can also wipe the data on your device or make it ring using this software.

When I get home, I plugged it into a wall charger thinking it just needed more juice. It had been taking a really long time to charge lately, but once it's charged, the battery seems to hold it just fine. I left it on the wall charger for several hours, and I still got nothing.

At this point I tried rebooting it by pressing Home+Power, and I actually see a little flicker - like it's trying to kick over. If I hold them down for about a minute, it will actually keep flickering until finally it shows the dead battery screen, but that will go away in a few seconds or as soon as I unplug it from the wall. I can't get back to it unless I repeat the process from the beginning.

i had the same problem but i changed the battery yesterday,it works just fine. But then after my brother used it the battery turns to 20%.I left it like that because i was tired.Today i charged it, then go back to sleep. When i woke up i thought its going to be find. But,it wont turn on.Then i used another cable and it works just fine but it took hours.Just now it flicked. Then i asked my sister to check it.Then she unplugged it to try another cable but it wont turn on at all..ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA WHATS GOING ON?BTW I SPENT RM250 TO CHANGE THE FREAKIN BATTERY

I'd suggest investing in a new battery and a new charging port (dock connector) then you know you have a clean starting point. As the phone is dead you don't have to worry about powering off before you start troubleshooting, but it's a good point to remember if you need to go back in and check connections once you have replaced those parts. ff782bc1db
