I was going to play a game after doing my homework then I got to game launcher because I don't like having to much apps in my screen, then when I opened the app I didn't see my profile I saw the games but not my profile and the instant games

You have made some mistakes with your game launcher and do not disturb experience. My phone should still ring even if I'm playing a game. And my phone should remember do not disturb settings after "launching" a game. Both of these bugs are terrible. Like, please show me to the iPhone section, terrible.

This was discussed a while back here and one of our members posted i launcher on the web for others to get. I don't know if it is still there, nor anything about the site that hosts it. So get it at your own risk. I have nothing to do with this web site host at all.

Whenever I open my android app it triggers the game mode/game launcher on samsung galaxy s8. But the app isn't a game. In a previous version the app used opengl and it seems like samsung treats an app as game if it uses opengl. I already removed the opengl code but samsung still treats the app as game. The strange thing is when I change the application-id the app launches normally. So, I think samsung stores the application-id as game somewhere. Anyone ever had a similar problem with samsung game launcher?

I detect this happend when you use gaming mode.. try switch to balance mode.. it happend to me yesterday.. i still use gaming mode just turn off the lock & notifocation.. when gaming i turn on back.. oh yah im using samsung note 5..

this seems to happen on samsung phones due to the package name. since we cant change this after the first release, you must contact samsung developer support and they can fix it. i wrote a gist on github about it:

Like you, I have the same issue when my Samsung tablette is enrolled with workspace one with a launcher.

I d'ont find any setting on the workspace one profile to disable S-PEN.

Vmware support, have you an idea when you can add this feature on the MDM console ?

After recreating the issue, open the launcher settings and go to blocked applications. Check what app ID launcher is blocking. Add that app ID to the hidden apps list in Launcher and it should resolve your issue.

Samsung Emergency Launcher offers intelligent features to optimize your battery life in critical situations, such as isolated areas or those with poor signal. The launcher ensures optimum performance when you need it most, giving you the energy to deal with emergencies.

It would be possible to install such a Final Interface Launcher for a test and then, leaving it active, flash a new image and look at the logs by connecting to the phone via cable to figure out how to bypass such a bootloop conflict if a third-party launcher was installed before upgrade on e.OS.

One UI Home is a system app on Samsung devices, so you cannot uninstall or disable it. If you are facing problems with using the launcher, go to Settings > Apps > One UI Home and tap on Force stop to reset and restart the launcher.

One UI Home is Samsung's default launcher available on Android phones and tablets that run any version of One UI. The system launcher lets you change the look of the home screen, add and remove widgets, set up modes and themes, adjust how the app drawer works, and more.

One UI Home is an OEM launcher only available on Samsung devices running any version of One UI. You will not be able to download or install One UI Home on non-Samsung devices through the Google Play Store.

If there are any issues on Android's recent apps screen (where you see all opened apps), unfortunately, we cannot solve them because third-party launchers cannot provide their own recent apps screen. However, a device restart might fix the issue.

Gesture navigation and Android's recent apps screen are always controlled by a submodule of the preinstalled launcher, not by third-party launchers (like Niagara Launcher). As a result, they may behave differently in combination with third-party launchers than with your preinstalled launcher because two apps are responsible for the home screen and navigation.

When you swipe up from the bottom and Android's recents screen doesn't open, hold your finger on the screen for one second after swiping up. The delay is from Samsung, not us; they added it to all third-party launchers. We assume they added the delay because some launchers react to the "home button press" action (e.g., to open app search), which is easier for the user to trigger that way.

The Galaxy Tab S2 uses the default TouchWiz user interface template, called a launcher, to help you interact with your tablet. However, plenty of other launchers are available to use in place of the TouchWiz launcher, with each launcher providing its own distinct look and feel. Many of these launchers are also optimized for tablet devices.

Launchers are available for Android smartphones as well as Android tablets, so when you search for launchers in the Google Play Store, you need to be specific about the type of launcher you want to find. Type launcher tablet using the keyboard; when the text launcher tablet appears in the Google Play field, tap the Search key on the right side of the keyboard (see Figure 2).

Tap Accept in the pop-up window to give Action Launcher 3 access to your tablet data, including your photo, multimedia, and other files. Once the Google Play Store finishes installing the new launcher on your Tab 2, open Action Launcher 3 by tapping the green Open button on the screen.

Return to the Home screen by pressing the Home button. In the Select Launcher window shown in Figure 9, tap TouchWiz Home if you want to return to the TouchWiz launcher. If you want to use the TouchWiz launcher only once, tap Just Once. If you want to use the launcher all the time, tap Always.

If you return to the TouchWiz launcher, you see the main Home screen as you left it before you opened Action Launcher 3, with one change: The Action Launcher 3 icon now appears on the Home screen (see Figure 10).

Within the Home settings list on the right side of the screen, tap the button to the left of the launcher you want to use as the default, as shown in Figure 13. Next, press the Home button to begin using the new launcher.

After you tap the trashcan icon, the Uninstall App window appears, informing you that the launcher will be uninstalled. Uninstall the launcher by tapping Uninstall in the window. The launcher disappears from the Home settings list.

Now that you know how to add a launcher, you can download, install, and experiment with multiple launchers until you find the right launcher(s) for you. Many launchers are free, so go ahead and shop in the Google Play Store and download the launcher(s) you want to try on your Galaxy Tab S2.

From samsung's side there is no information about updates.

The update server the TV is trying to connect to seem to be dead.

So for now it looks like abandonware still being sold for $2499.00 per display (with this old software installed !).

As for now, I found a quirky (and bad) alternative.

Use samsung MagicInfo2 to create a FullScreen Web-Widget.

The Widgets URL points to a local html server (i.e. 192.168.0.1:8080/index.html)

Upload the magic-info show to the tv.

I use a raspberry pi + twistd attached to the ethernet port of the TV.

On startup the TV loads the content.

Performance is really bad compared to a tizen webapp,

although the browser specs (version ...) reported to the twistd-html-server are the same as when running a web-app with tizen.

When Microsoft Launcher was first introduced, it created curiosity among Samsung users. Some embraced this new option while others preferred their previous launcher. Over time, users learned how to switch back to their preferences. This guide shows how easy it can be done!

One of the main benefits of using a game launcher is that it can organize all your mobile game apps in one place. Samsung Game Launcher shows apps in a tray and lets you drag and drop them for a custom arrangement. You can also sort them alphabetically or by most recent.

Crucially, Game Launcher lets you hide games from the apps screen, displaying them only within the launcher itself. For the games that show up in your library, you can still hide them if you want. This level of control over the library's organization, as well as the accessibility of the library tray, allows you to get to your apps quickly and easily.

The rest of the space lists games you've played before that aren't currently installed. It lets you choose games to hide in the launcher, but it doesn't let you customize the way they're organized and you can't hide their icons in the apps screen.

Game Launcher also adds a Discord shortcut into the launcher itself, but it doesn't open the Discord app, it just runs through the launcher. If you want to return to the launcher, you'll have to close and re-open. It's not clear at this time whether this is a bug or a feature.

On the other hand, if you want a streamlined launcher that helps you organize your phone and still access your games quickly for a more focused experience, you'll be happier with Samsung Game Launcher.

For me, a 3rd party launcher once meant a chance to go nuts on customization with fancy icon packs and nifty layouts to show off on our home screen days. Today, they are mostly used to clean up bad experiences from OEMs or to briefly bring back a taste of the old days. ff782bc1db
