Edit: I found a solution for this. I just let the Mi band drain completely and left it that way for over a week. Then I put it back on charge and the screen now shows colors well and with good resolution. also apparently the battery doesn't drain as fast as it used to.

We had an existing piece of Disney artwork in our hallway and I thought the new magic band rod would compliment it nicely. The canvas also provided nice coverage for the tops of the curtain hooks so that the hooks look like they are attached to the bottom of the artwork.

There has to be a simple explanation for this. I'm yet to have any text to display in the band set at the bottom of my profile. I have gone into EDITGRAPHPROPERTIES and adjusted text from 2.5 to 1. I've tried adjusted the drawing units, but seeing as the left caption boxes display perfectly fine, why is the rest of the text not showing?

Edit: I have ticked 'Show Labels'. Now I'm getting labels of various sizes all inside the Chainage band?! This is the Civil 3D Metric Template drawing. Why is the text not being displayed in the relevant bands?

Hi user181. Thanks for the answer, but no luck. I've been stuck on this for days. I'm starting to think my Civil 3D CAD has a bug. Nothing I seem to do works. Changed weeding to 0,5, 100, 100. I seem to have some things happening on the chainage band. As for the rest, nothing.

Everything looks fine EXCEPT for my "PROFILE BAND STYLE" for the existing surface. What I want is to show the existing levels at the HORIZONTAL GEOMETRY POINTS and at the VERTICAL GEOMETRY POINT same as where the proposed level. HORIZONTAL GEOMTERY POINTS works (I checked this by turning of the other display on that band). But the VERTICAL GEOMTRY POINTS seems getting its value of all the VGP of the existing surface and not the proposed level. I just want to show the existing level at where is the low/high point of the road, start, end, and PVI of the porposed profile (hope I explain it well).

3. And here's the problem when I turned on the display for the VERTICAL POINTS (I turned off the HORIZONTAL POINTS to verify it will get the levels only at points of the proposed). And I only selected the VERTICAL POINT INTERSECTION on the geometry point.

Hopes this will help other users having the same question/problem. And thank you to the CIVILFF in giving me an idea on using profile 1 and profile 2 seperately on the bands as before, I don't mind what's in there as I usually use same value on it. Thanks mate.

I am just trying to follow the steps that you posted 4 years ago and I am not getting it. What I am trying to do is to display a new band -I have already a band showing elevations at major stations- with the elevation of the Design profile at Vertical Geometry Points. What I am doing is:

From a "brass band of 14 pieces organized for special use" in the Military Department in 1874 to five concert bands, a 350-member Razorback Marching Band and a 140-member Hogwild Pep Band today, the program has grown and thrived over the years.

Two band uniforms from the museum's collections are featured. This includes a gray wool uniform worn by W.F. Reichart while attending the Arkansas State Capitol Building's cornerstone laying on Nov. 27, 1900. Trumpet player James Edward Taylor's 1946 jacket and beret are also on display. A variety of historical images from the University Libraries Special Collections Division are also featured.

"As an active member of the Razorback Band Alumni Society, former member and Uniform Manager of the Razorback Marching Band Band from 74-78," said Val Price, a collaborator for the exhibit, "it was very enjoyable working with the museum staff to showcase this marvelous collection of old band uniforms and a good way to put my history degree to practical use."

I want to display a line spectrum in color band format. What I have are two arrays: wavelength and intensity. I can plot the graph like the bottom one and I want to convert it to the top color band. The considerations are:

2. the line intensity is indicated by the line width of the color line. For instant, the 650 nm line is a strong one and its red line in the color band is the widest. The 435 nm line is a weak one so it is barely see (but still visible) in the color band.

I have an remote sensed image which has 6 bands (including NDVI band), I want to display each band separately, but have no idea how to do. I have seen some questions similar here but none worked for me.

This is a display issue: you want to display a continuous band using categories. You do not need to split your image to create a new new image: this can be done directly on the multiple band image, and you can add the multiple band layer multiple times on the map.

As a remark, your band 6 doesn't look like the NDVI that you could derive from your image. It is more like some interpolated soil properties (or smoothed NDVI, but if you have a NIR band you could have a more precise one.)

NDVI image with 6 bands?? It's not clear what you are asking. NDVI should be a single band raster, with values between -1.0 to 1.0. You might have a colored image with different values of NDVI, but it would then be 3 bands (RGB) not 6. And separating out one of the colors would not be useful in my opinion...

You can add a reference line, band, distribution, or box plot to identify a specific value, region, or range on a continuous axis in a Tableau view. For example, if you are analyzing the monthlysales for several products, you can include a referenceline at the average sales mark so you can see how each product performed againstthe average.

Confidence interval distribution bands shade the region in which the population average will fall n of the time, where n is the value you select in the drop-down on the right. You can choose one of the listed numeric values or select a parameter:

Select two continuous fields to use as the basis for your reference band one in each Value field. You can also select a parameter from the drop-down lists. Do not select the same continuous field and aggregation in both areas.

You cannot select a continuous field that isn't currently in the view as the basis for your reference band. If you want to use such a continuous field, do the following:Drag the continuous field from the Data pane to the Details target on the Marks card.

Total - extends the band to a value that is at the aggregate of all thevalues in either the cell, pane, or the entire view. This optionis particularly useful when computing a weighted average ratherthan an average of averages. It is also useful when working witha calculation with a custom aggregation. The total is computed usingthe underlying data and behaves the same as selecting one of thetotals option the Analysis menu.

You can edit either of these to change its definition. Forexample, you may want to add 100% to the set of distribution band values, or draw a line at a constantvalue. Click on the outer edge or a distribution band, or on the line, and choose Edit.

You can configure lines, called whiskers, to display all points within 1.5 times the interquartile range (in other words, all points within 1.5 times the width of the adjoining box), or all points at the maximum extent of the data, as shown in the following image:

The second new part of this example is the Map.setCenter() call. This method on the Map object, which represents the Map display in the Code Editor, centers the map at the given longitude, latitude (in decimal degrees) and zoom level where 1 is zoomed out so that the map shows the entire Earth's surface. Larger numbers zoom in from there. Discover all the methods on the Map object by checking the Map section in the Docs tab on the left side of the Code Editor.

Images in Earth Engine (see this page for more details) are made up of one or more bands. Each band in an image has its own name, pixel values, pixel resolution, and projection. As you'll soon discover, the SRTM image has one band: 'elevation'.

When you add an image to a map using Map.addLayer(), Earth Engine needs to determine how to map the values in the image band(s) to colors on the display. If a single-band image is added to a map, by default Earth Engine displays the band in grayscale, where the minimum value is assigned to black, and the maximum value is assigned to white. If you don't specify what the minimum and maximum should be, Earth Engine will use default values. For example, the image you just added to the map is displayed as a grayscale image stretched to the full range of the data, or signed 16-bit integer [-32768, 32767]. (float bands are stretched to [0, 1] and byte bands are stretched to [0, 255] by default).

When you click run, note that an object appears in the console. To investigate the object properties, expand it by clicking on the zippy () to the left of the object or property. Expand the image object, the 'bands' property, the 'elevation' band at index '0' and the 'data_type' property of the 'elevation' band to discover that it is a signed int16 data type.

To change the way the data are stretched, you can provide another parameter to the Map.addLayer() call. Specifically, the second parameter, visParams, lets you specify the minimum and maximum values to display. To discover what values to use, activate the Inspector tab and click around on the map to get an idea of the range of pixel values. Alternatively, use the Layer manager to interactively stretch the data, then observe the minimum and maximum corresponding to percentiles or standard deviation stretches. Suppose that through such experimentation, you determine that the data should be stretched to [0, 3000]. To display the image using this range, use:

Note that the visParams parameter is an object, with properties specifying the min and the max. (Learn more about JavaScript objects from the JavaScript tutorial or this external reference). Note that the third parameter for Map.addLayer() is the name of the layer that is displayed in the Layer manager. The result should look something like Figure 1. Hover the mouse over the Layers box on the right to see the effect of renaming that layer. ff782bc1db
