Got a Huawei P30 Pro ( VOG-L29 ), I what to have the ability to record phone calls. Been looking for guides online and found a few, ie. this one -p30-pro-how-record-calls/ , but it since I have a EU region version of the P30 Pro this built in feature in EMUI seems to be removed :(

I have always had a call recorder installed on all my phones since it can be invaluable to record the call if you talk to a company support etc. However since I got my Huawei 30 pro and installed the Call Recorder app it has not worked, I have also tried another app but still it does not record properly. Do anyone know why and a solution/working call recorder app with this phone?

In order to enable phone calls, I run the following commands: AT+CLIP=1, AT+CRC=1, AT+CNMI=1,2 on /dev/ttyUSB0.Also, if I run AT^CVOICE? I get ^CVOICE:0,8000,16,20.Finally, when I make/receive calls, I run AT^DDSETEX=2 on /dev/ttyUSB0 to enable audio forward to the /dev/ttyUSB1 port.

I'm also stuck trying to get audio from a huawei E153.. if I use the 'Huawei Mobile Partner' software. I can use the pc sound to hear and talk during a voice call, so I know it is possible for sure. I have Asterisk 1.8 configured with chan_dongle and E303 Huawei 3G modem. I can establish a connection but when I call phone->dongle->asterisk->Twinkle(SIP) , audio from phone to Twinkle works, but audio from Twinkle to phone is terrible distorted(cannot understand anything).

When I reverse the connection (calling from Twinkle to phone) the audio is working one way only. When I configure dialplan to phone->dongle->asterisk_echo_test , the echo test works perfectly, I can here my echo clearly.

And second question, maybe related to the above problem. My dialplan is suppose to record all connections to *.wav files. But it is recording only when I place a call phone, when I initiate the call from Twinkle there is no *.wav file created.
