I've tried the HP WinPE driver packs, the HP web site drivers for this device, the Intel drivers from their website but none of them work. Has anyone had any success getting this device to build with this NIC?

As a side note make sure that your systems are booting to UEFI mode when booting. I had a box with an L219 the other day and while booting to legacy the nic drivers wouldn't work but while in UEFI mode they did work.

Another thing I recently found out was that HP do deliver WinPE driver packs! You can get them from this page. Even if you don't inject everything, it can be a good place to start your search for any drivers.

As in the previous message, downloaded the "intel-i219-lm-winpe10drivers-x64" driver package and tried adding the driver to the WinE10 drivers list. Choosing the e1d62x64.inf is fine, and the driver summary lists the i219. Clicking OK pops up an alert saying

I'm still having grief with this. As in the previous posts, I've tried everyone's advice, downloaded the "intel-i219-lm-winpe10drivers-x64" driver package and tried adding the driver to the WinE10 drivers list. Choosing the e1d62x64.inf is fine, and the driver summary shows the i219 . Clicking OK pops up an alert saying "Boot disk creator could not add the driver 'e1d62x64' ". The Ghost SS version is 3.3 (Build 2508)

This page contains the list of device drivers for HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF PC. To download the proper driver, first choose your operating system, then find your device name and click the download button.

The HP Driver Packs contain the Microsoft Windows drivers in .INF-based installation format. This INF installation method can be used standalone or with bare-metal operating system deployment tools that require .INF-based drivers. Select 32-bit or 64-bit to see a list of platforms (notebooks and tablets, workstations, and desktops) and the respective driver packs under the operating system.

Note that before importing the drivers you need a source folder for your device drivers and a separate folder for your driver package. I always stress the importance of organising the SCCM software repository with a clear and easily identifiable folder structure to better manage your packages (or drivers in this case). Create a folder structure for your client device driver management similar to below:

Thanks for reply. I use bootable USB to deploy Windows 10 via SCCM to make the downloads of the image faster for all Dell laptops and workstations with out any issues. However, I am try to deploy Windows 10 for HP Elite Dragonfly and able to boot from the bootable USB and loos like it downlead the image but I get blank screen. I have not imported any HP drivers yet. Do you think I should import all storage and network drivers into the boot image?

In this article, you'll learn how to configure the Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE) to include the network drivers required to connect to the deployment share and the storage drivers required to see the local storage on machines. Even though the Windows PE boot image and the Windows 10 operating system contain many out-of-the-box drivers, it's likely you'll have to add new or updated drivers to support all your hardware. In this section, you import drivers for both Windows PE and the full Windows 10 operating system.

Windows PE usually has a fairly comprehensive set of drivers out of the box, assuming that you are using a recent version of the Windows ADK. This is different than the full Windows OS which will often require drivers. You shouldn't add drivers to Windows PE unless you've an issue or are missing functionality, and in these cases you should only add the driver that you need. An example of a common driver that is added is the Intel I217 driver. Adding too many drivers can cause conflicts and lead to driver bloat in the Config Mgr database. This section shows you how to add drivers, but typically you can just skip this procedure.

In the Import New Driver Wizard, on the Specify a location to import driver page, select the Import all drivers in the following network path (UNC) option, browse to the \\CM01\Sources$\OSD\DriverSources\WinPE x64 folder and select Next.

For the purposes of this section, we assume that you've downloaded the Windows 10 drivers for the HP EliteBook 8560w model and copied them to the D:\Sources$\OSD\DriverSources\Windows 10 x64\Hewlett-Packard\HP EliteBook 8560w folder on CM01.

In the Import New Driver Wizard, on the Specify a location to import driver page, select the Import all drivers in the following network path (UNC) option, browse to the \\CM01\Sources$\OSD\DriverSources\Windows 10 x64\Hewlett-Packard\HP EliteBook 8560w folder and select Next. Wait a minute for driver information to be validated.

On the Select drivers to include in the boot image page, don't select anything, and select Next twice. After the package has been created, select Close.
