Hello everyone! I am extremely new to this halo game. only now am i about to touch halo campaign in pc. As i am not self dependant and not old enough to get a job, i dont have money to call as mine. My mother, who i love alot, bought be an xbox one s around 3 years ago. and i finally got xbox live gold and gamepass too.

I have heard of the game Halo for over 5 years now, and i already know i will love it. But because i have an extremely old Xbox and even MORE old PC , i am extremely scared i might not be able to enjoy Halo infinite. I have seen comments saying "'Stop wasting time and buy an xbox series x lmao" in other threads but of course, i am not old enough to get a job, nor do i have pocket money system in this household. I wanted to ask the community "Will my 3 year old Xbox One S be able to run Halo Infinite?" And so here i am. I am crossing my fingers for 60fps but i know thats pretty not-so-very-possible.

I recently bought halo 3. When i went to play it on my system it displayed the opening credits and then gave me the "cannot read disk" message before i can get to the main menu. I have cleaned the disk and it looks brand new with hardly any scratches. I took the game to a friend and tested the disk on his system and it worked fine. All of the other games i have run perfectly on my system. in short, there is nothing wrong with the disk or my system but it wont read the disk. the error happens every time i try to run the game on my system.

my system is a xbox slim. I have tried installing the game and it dosnt fix anything. actually tied a different copy of the game and that one wouldn't install at all. i have other games installed and they work fine. currently dosn't have a problem with anything else.

so a few months ago i jury-rigged an old laptop HDD an stuck it in the expansion bay on the system in question. worked like a charm and gave me a lot of memory. so i decided to try removing it so i did and the game now works. i guess i figured out the problem however i don't understand why it would have a problem with only a certain game unless, like many of you are saying, halo 3 is just difficult. i tried re-flashing the drive like I did in the first place and it did nothing but cause me to have to re install all of my updates and games. the bad thing is that now after all my messing with the system its giving me some issues but these should get fixed once i get everything updated again. thanks for your advice guys. ff782bc1db
