After a lengthy cutscene where Love Fist explains their fear of being assaulted during their upcoming signing, Tommy gets in the Love Fist limo and tries to bring the would-be killer into the open. It works, and the murderer shoots the security guard, before getting in their car and driving off.

The controversy involving his relation to Grand Theft Auto was revealed during an episode of 60 Minutes on March 4, 2005. In the episode, a student demonstrated Grand Theft Auto to them[clarification needed], showing them the adult nature of the game.[4] Moore, who recently graduated from high school at the time, had no criminal record and was never in trouble before. He had enlisted in the Air Force and was due to leave for service at the end of the summer.

I was always under the notion that "psycho killer" was disguised as a woman in that mission to get to Love Fist's show. Offensive? Really? This wouldn't be the first Rockstar Game which takes dig at transgender references. Like someone pointed out above, GTA V has a lot of those humors which are actually very offensive. And then we got Trevor wearing a dress. If all these hasn't budged T2 or R*, I don't see them axing the mission. Worst that can happen is for them to change the player model to a male model instead of cross-dresser.

Another conceivable piece of evidence is a dagger that can be found in the same alleyway where the noises were recorded. The dagger could have been used by the killer. The horror film Knife After Dark is also based on a psychotic teenager who goes on a killing spree in the dark with his knife. This dagger and the rumored killer in the alley are a likely reference to the movie.

The Chainsaw Killer is likely involved in the Apartment 3C massacre. Apartment 3C's existence serves as more evidence that the killer is still out there. The description of the chainsaw in Rockstar's website about GTA Vice City, mentions that the chainsaw can cut through bones. This is a likely hint towards the massacre.

Kent Paul and a paranoid Love Fist band informs Tommy that a psycho killer wants Love Fist dead. Tommy drives in the Love Fist limo to Rock City where Love Fist plans to have a signing in order to draw the psycho out. When Tommy arrives, the cross-dressing psycho kills a security guard and blames Love Fist for ruining his life. The psycho escapes in his Sentinel as Tommy pursues him. Tommy eventually chases him down and seemingly kills him, completing the mission.

Mutilated cat carcasses are being found across a Japanese city, prompting local authorities and elementary schools to bolster security measures to protect young students from a potential serial cat killer.

However, the Psycho survives the attack and later leaves a recorded message in the band's limousine, claiming that he planted a bomb which will explode if the vehicle travels too slowly. This results in Tommy driving very fast throughout the city until the band members defuse the bomb. Following this mission, the Psycho is never seen or mentioned again and his later fate is unknown.

Carillo and his partner, Frank Salerno, both feature heavily in the documentary, as do relatives of Richard Ramirez' victims, and some who survived being attacked by him. How did you get such a wide range of people to participate, and to revisit what had to be such a dark time?

With a story where the trauma is this deep and raw, and lasting and defining, you know this is going to be a precarious undertaking that has to be approached thoughtfully and carefully. We basically reached out to every single person that we could find, every cop, forensics expert, victim, survivor, and family member. We also reached out to all of the other people who may have just had strange crossings with Ramirez, like a librarian at the downtown library in L.A. or Esther, the woman that meets him when he's buying a ball cap. Everybody who was in L.A. at that time remembers that summer vividly and visceral, and what their experiences were. I thought that this had to be a portrait not just of the iconic cops and killer, but an iconic city, and the way to do that was to have all of these different people contributing their perspective.

Is that partlially why you're not telling Richard Ramirez' story? I mean, the doc is called Night Stalker, but it's not Ramirez' story.

Perspective and point of view are the most critical decisions that get made in the course of telling any story and [with this] there was a weird afterlife. There was a circus-like trial, and Ramirez became a sex symbol and object of desire, with this unlikely but rabid fanbase. We decided not to perpetuate that, and not to make him into, like, the Jim Morrison of serial killers. We wanted to show the human toll of it, being able to tell it from the perspective of these two partners who have the case of a lifetime, and the only way to solve it is for another person to die. That, paired with the point-of-view of survivors, victims, and family members whose loved ones didn't survive make us look at the real impact of [Ramirez' killings] instead of a tabloid top-line version of it. It was a deliberate choice.

It looks like there will be a serial killer on the loose in GTA 6. If this sounds familiar, it's because it's a very Rockstar Games-esq quest line, with both GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 having serial killers. In the latter, the serial killer is actually a vampire. There's no evidence there's anything supernatural involved this time, but it does look this type of quest line has been brought back.

At the moment of publishing, Rockstar Games has not addressed this particular bit of unofficial information in any capacity. We don't expect this to change for a variety of reasons, but if it does, we will be sure to update the story accordingly. In the meantime, and as always, feel free to leave a comment letting us know what you think. What type of quests do you want to see in GTA 6? More of GTA 5 or something new?

GTA: Vice City, which is set in 1986, features nine radio stations divided between music channels and talk stations. The following list ranks them from worst to best. Because humour and music are subjective, everyone will have a different list. Fortunately, it is hard to go wrong with Vice City's killer soundtrack and hilarious talk shows.

However, the Psycho didn't really die, and somehow managed to survive. He then placed a bomb inside Love Fist's limousine. It activates when Tommy drives the band to their publicity tour. A recorded message plays and says the bomb will detonate if the limo's speed is below 50 MPH. Tommy is forced to quickly drive throughout Vice City without stopping. Love Fist manages to defuse the bomb which is located in their drink cooler. When the bomb is defused, Tommy drives Love Fist to their gig.

Lawyers defending the killer used this phrase as a key part of their case, claiming that the hours Moore had spent playing Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City had influenced him to the extent where he was left with diminished responsibility for his actions.

On Wednesday afternoon, Al Rashid Mohammad Ali, a vice mayor in a town in the southernmost province of Tawi-Tawi, was killed by gunmen while he was visiting the city of Zamboanga. He was the second vice mayor killed in less than one week. Two mayors were also killed earlier this month.

On July 2, Antonio Halili, a mayor in the suburb of Manila, was assassinated by an alleged sniper while taking part in flag-raising rites in front of the city hall, shocking city employees and local village leaders who were present at the ceremony.

Other local officials have been targeted in the same week. On July 7, a newly elected village captain in Zamboanga City, Michael Magallanes, was killed by an unidentified assailant. On the same day, Alexander Lubigan, a vice mayor in a Manila suburb was also killed.
