I had one idea to set up an automation involving Make and Airtable, where a team member can bcc an internal gmail address when communicating with a person (contact) they want to add/update info for. Make could parse the info from the email header fields and add a record in an Airtable base. This record would kick off an automation that would look for a contact matching the email in the contacts table, and then do something to begin the process of collecting updated/new info.

Thanks for the comprehensive contribution! I agree re: SSoT and Airtable is it. Still, I know there are contacts I want in Airtable that are living in a gmail cache somewhere. Hence, I need to make it easy to get them out and then let Airtable and the contact itself do the necessary work (ping with a form or something).

In HubSpot, contacts store information about the individual people that interact with your business. The contacts endpoints allow you to create and manage contact records in your HubSpot account, as well as sync contact data between HubSpot and other systems.

When creating a new contact, you should include at least one of the following properties in your request: email, firstname, or lastname. It is recommended to always include email, because email address is the primary unique identifier to avoid duplicate contacts in HubSpot.

For the batch read endpoint, you can also use the optional idProperty parameter to retrieve contacts by email or a custom unique identifier property. By default, the id values in the request refer to the record ID (hs_object_id), so the idProperty parameter is not required when retrieving by record ID. If you're using email or a custom unique value property to retrieve contacts, you must include the idProperty parameter.

The Outlook Contacts API provides access to a user's contacts and contact folders secured by Azure Active Directory onOffice 365, and to similar data in Microsoft accounts specifically in these domains: Hotmail.com, Live.com, MSN.com, Outlook.com, and Passport.com.

You can synchronize your local list of contacts with the contacts on the server. Contacts synchronization is a per-folder operation, for example you can synchronize all of the contacts in your root Contacts folder. If you have additonal Contacts folders, you need to synchronize each folder individually.

The initial response to a sync request always returns a deltaToken. You should always make a second GET request using the deltaToken to determine if there are any additional contacts. The second request will return additional contacts and either a skipToken if there are more contacts available, or a deltaToken if the last contact was sent.

If the number ofcontacts returned is more than the value specified in the odata.maxpagesize header the responsewill be returned in multiple pages.

By default, the response includes all of the properties of the specified contacts. Use $select to specify only the properties that your need for best performance. The Id property is always returned. If your Marketing Hub subscription includes marketing contacts, you can choose which contacts you'll be billed for by setting their marketing status. Contacts whose marketing contact status has been set to Marketing contact will count towards your contact tier, while those set to Non-marketing contact will not.

You cannot decrease your contact tier until your renewal date, which varies depending on if you have a month-to-month or yearly contract. Even if the number of marketing contacts goes below your current contact tier, your account will not automatically be downgraded.

I have Dropbox up & running on 2 Android phones. I have ticked the box in Dropbox Settings to Sync Contacts on both phones. What am I supposed to do next? I can find no sign of any "contacts" on Dropbox and no syncing process happening. I can find no guidance anywhere in help or on a Google search. They all seem to say it happens automatically after ticking the right box.

I believe that option is just to authorize the app to sync contacts already on that particular phone. It needs that permission to access it. Dropbox doesn't sync that contact list anywhere. Although on Android, on settings, one can sync Google to all devices, thus its can sync then but not thru Dropbox

Pardon me, I am sorry if I am misunderstanding you. But when you type an name in a field, it should automatically try to fill it with possible contacts. This info has to come from somewhere. I don't find any settings in Dropbox app to this, however on web interface at you can remove all imported contacts. Screenshot this is what I was referring to. If I am way off base, sorry.

My understanding of 'Sync' is that there should be an identical copy (synchronised) of my mobile phone contacts on Dropbox so that I can access or copy (synchronise) the contacts with another mobile phone.

At the moment, I have ticked all the boxes to make this happen via 2 mobile phone Dropbox apps. One mobile phone has a full contacts list, one is empty and there is no sign of any contacts data in my Dropbox space. What am I missing?

I have now synchronised my contacts manually using a USB cable and copying the .vcf file to my laptop and then down again to the other phone. It should have been possible via Dropbox but they appear to have a tickbox for the process in the settings that simply doesn't work.

If you're not already using Outlook, add your Microsoft 365 email account to the Outlook app. After you do this, Outlook will automatically sync with Microsoft 365. You'll see the contents of your Microsoft 365 mailbox appear in Outlook. Then, you can use Outlook to move email, contacts, and calendar items into your Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Now that your Outlook data is in a .pst file, it's portable. You can save the .pst file to OneDrive, then download it to your new computer. You can also save to a portable drive, then import your email, contacts, and calendar to Outlook.

Methods: We developed a stochastic transmission model, parameterised to the COVID-19 outbreak. We used the model to quantify the potential effectiveness of contact tracing and isolation of cases at controlling a severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)-like pathogen.
