Hey i got the game running on windows 10 i just used the same installer you linked and then opened the game folder then Mania and then there is a folder called CD. I replaced this folder with the one thats on the Actual CD. Now its seems to work but i didn't try every level yet

I successfully installed the game on other pc with windows 7, so the problem it's most likely the windows 10 or maybe the pc(less likely). Now i'm thinking of switching back XP i know it's not safe but at least i can play older games because with Windows 10 it seems hard to achive that + seems and i feel my pc more faster with XP maybe because my pc is from 2007

I just tried this game on a windows 7 HP laptop and it worked well. But on windows 10, the game doesn't launch or anything, even with Compatibility mode. I'm thinking it may have to do with the "My games /My saved games" folder that windows 7 had which is no longer around in windows 10 or something along those lines.
