Your ticket-confirmation e-mail will include a unique barcode that will be scanned for entry at the event. You may present a printed copy of your ticket confirmation with the barcode, or display the barcode on your mobile device. Everyone must have a ticket to enter an event.

All programming is subject to change, and all tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets purchased online are issued as e-tickets, with unique barcodes that can be scanned for entry only once.

For the first 3 weekends, we host our annual blood drive. Donors during these days will be rewarded with a complimentary general admission ticket for the festival. This ticket can be availed on any SINGLE day during which the festival is open. Locate the Versiti buses in the frontal parking lot, close to the main entrance gate.

Congratulations! The Michigan Renaissance Festival honors your academic achievement. Your Honor Roll status entitles you to a complimentary ticket to the 2023 festival, absolutely free of cost.

Group discounts: With the purchase of at least 15 tickets, adult admission is $32 and child admission is $20. The organizer receives one free ticket, and purchasing 30 tickets unlocks an additional free ticket. Orders should be placed by 4 p.m. on the Thursday prior to your visit. The ancient art of Chinese lantern making began in the Han Dynasty (206 BC to 220 AD), a significant period for science and innovation. Each year during Chinese New Year, families view colorful lanterns to symbolize respect and prosperity.

Our community is host to more than 25 Chinese artisans and performers who arrive in North Carolina in early November to hand assemble lanterns and prepare for exciting Chinese cultural performances during this annual celebration.

The North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival is produced by Tianyu Arts & Culture, Inc., in cooperation with the Town of Cary.

Only the select communities of Seattle, Oakland, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, and suburban Orlando join Cary as hosts to Tianyu-produced Chinese lantern festivals during this holiday season.
