When you enter the main MDM URL ( :9980, where mdmhostname is the hostname you configured in your MDM settings) into the device's browser, does it display the "MDM is up and running" page? Is there a browser certificate warning displayed before that?

Yeah, something seems to be wrong. I updated to the latest version of OS X Mountain Lion and the latest version of Evernote desktop (Version 5.2.1 (401587)) and when I try to login to the desktop client I get the error: Please check your internet connection or try again later. I can login via the web client on Safari just fine. I've even reset my password but the desktop client still fails with the same error above.

I believe this problem may have something to do with a hardware/device check on the device you are using -- in this case, a Mac with a device UUID. I was getting this exact error. Since I was using two factor auth on Mac OS X 10.9 (on a Retina 15) I thought I would turn off two factor auth. No go. Since I could log in with other computers running 10.8.x and devices, I figured it was device specific. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I killed the data in ~/Library/Application Support/Evernote/*. I used AppCleaner to make sure all was gone. No solution.

I am trying to set up a new Synology DS713+ device. I use find.synology.com to find it on the network, and then click connect but every time I get ' connection failed, Please check your network settings'.

In my case, the Xcode version is 13.1 and my iOS version is 15.4 so what I did, First downloaded device support version 15.4 from here (Download according to your device version) and added this to my Xcode.

Sorry that you can't recover your board. At this point, I don't think there is anything you can do. As I suggested before, if you have other external debug probes such as XDS100, XDS110 or XDS200 then you could give a try. But I don't think it is worthy for you as they are expensive (10x-20x more expensive than the LaunchPad itself). I will close the thread for now. If you happen to recover the device please share with the community how you managed to do so. I'd like to hear it myself. If you have other questions please open a new thread.

This is not un-expected. The ICDI on your problem board is working as you have shown the Windows Device Manager where the ICDI debugger is properly enumerated. You are merely using another ICDI to debug your target. Whether it is an on-board ICDI or an external ICDI, it is just another ICDI. It is not going to unlock the device when you have already tried with the on-board ICDI multiple times already. What I suggested was for you use an external debug probe such as XDS200 to see if you will have better luck. These debug probes are more powerful then the ICDI in terms of performance. I was hoping they will give you a different result. There is still no guarantee it will succeed.

As I said, the problem is your target device, not the debug probe, be it the on-board ICDI or an external ICDI which you are trying or other debug probes. You can use an external EK-TM4C123 launchPad as an external debug probe if you build a custom board in the future and if you can't afford to buy a debug probe like XDS110/XDS200/Jlink to debug your target device.

- You can write in the very beginning of the main() to first check if some GPIO pin is in a state to continue the rest of code. If in wrong state, the program simply just wait in a loop. For example, you will check if PA0 is high or not. If low, it will continue to the rest of code. If high it will just wait forever. Let's say you have some code that might somehow lead the device to locking up. In this case, if you force the PA0 to high it will just wait forever and not execute your problem code. This way you can still recover the device by forcing PA0 high and debug what the problem is. I rarely recommend this method. I think if you follow the first two suggestion you should not run into lockup problem.

I am trying to activate Malwarebytes Premium using key that was emailed to me. My internet connection is fine (tried both ethernet and wifi connections), but for some reason I get Network error prompt message "Please check your internet connection and try again." I tried on both of my Mac computers and both yield the same error. Any help to activate is greatly appreciated.

The most common cause for this, if your internet is working normally, is that something on your system is blocking communication with our servers. Several of the important systems, that handle things like licensing, software updates, database updates, etc, are at internet domains ending in "mwbsys.com". Make sure you don't have any kind of outgoing firewall (Little Snitch, Lulu, or some network filter in any other antivirus programs you may have installed) that is blocking these domains. If you don't, you may also want to check your hosts file (located at /etc/hosts) to ensure they're not blocked there. (Let us know if you need assistance checking the hosts file.)

Hmm, that's very odd, then. Are you trying to activate using a license key or a Malwarebytes account login? If it's with a key, don't post it here, but if you send it to me via a direct message (put your mouse over my name or avatar at left, then click the Message button in the overlay that appears), I can check it to make sure there's nothing strange about the license itself.

You just have to go to "network connections" and go to the network you are using, click on propeties>sharing and disable the "internet connection sharing" (if it was enabled) and click OK, then go back to "internet connection sharing" option and click allow>(Choose your wifipineappleconnection)>OK. Then go to your WifiPineapple network and check if your IPv4 options are correct, if not, just correct it, i hope you solve the problem.

Ok, well the Answer "You need to fix your internet connection" doesn't help at all. Obviously if we get the error "Error connecting to WiFiPineapple.com. Please check your connection." there is an internet connection issue.

Interesting thing, shutdown everything earlier, visited my daughter for a bit, came back home and hooked it all up to start trying again and the pineapple went into first time connection setup all over again...still get the "Error connecting to WiFiPineapple.com. Please check your connection." error message. (sigh)

Finally today my cloud access status is showing as below and I am able to access the device remotely over Internet. Hence, believe issue which was at WD server end is resolved for now for me atleast. Can you please check at your end and confirm.

So I tried installing using the Dropbox offline installer. I was able to install Dropbox, but when I try to start it, it still says "No internet connection. Your computer is currently offline. Please check your network settings."

whenever I try to open the Dropbox app, it give me an error "No internet connection: Your computer is currently offline. Please check your network settings". I've tried un-installing, then re-installing the app, no luck. The app was opening earlier, but when it was having some sync problems, I signed out then back in......thats when the app no longer would load at all.

*Are we using any network hungry devices?

We only have the cameras and one Echo Dot that we added in the last month. This has been an issue much longer

Are they working?

Yes. I checked it this morning when I got up and prior to turning on anything. That is when I also did my speed test that I posted above.

Been using Virtual Terminal for 2 years. Just got Square Terminal and connected to WiFi. The signal icon in the upper right corner shows a strong signal but when I try to sign into my Square account I get the error message "No Network Connection Please check your network settings and try again later" How can I show a strong signal AND no be connected?

I have the same issue. I am connected to the wifi but it keeps saying "no network connection. please check your network settings and try again later." I factory reset the hardware and it didn't help. I never had this issue before and I don't know what else to do.

Have you checked out this best answer? If this doesn't work, I recommend contacting your internet service provider before contacting our Support team to file a ticket with our engineering team. You can call directly at 1-855-700-6000 or head here.

Showing a Strong WiFI signal does not = an Internet connection. Check to see if your Internet Modem is connected or any other devices that use the WiFi can connect to the internet through your internet modem. Becareful using a Cell to test this since it may use cell towers when it detects no internet on Wifi. I had this happen when there was an accident or internet line was being worked on.

"The status bar shows it is connected ("fan" shows up with 4 bars on top right of screen) and there is a check mark next to the network name. " Neither of these show that it is connected outside of your WiFi router. These both show that the connection to your Router at the location is good. 006ab0faaa
