But my problem is if anyone replies to the same email, duplicate enteries are getting created in MS list. so here i only need the initial email sender details and subject in my ms list, not who responds to it.

The easiest way I've found to handle this is to "Enforce Unique Values" on the SharePoint List column you don't want duplicates in. I've done it where I "Enforce Unique Values" on the email address so each email address is only captured once, but also based on Conversation ID, so only the first email on any given thread is tracked.
