Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi mainly reffered to as Evangelist Ebuka Obi, born on October 16, 1980, is a venerated Nigerian evangelist, singer, author, teacher, and prophet. He was born alongside his twin into the devoutly Roman Catholic family of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Obi in Ubulu-Ihejifor, Oru-West L.G.A, Imo State, Nigeria. Obi is the founding force and spiritual guide of the Zion Prayer Movement Outreach (ZPMO), a non-sectarian ministry founded in 2009. With its main base in Lagos, Nigeria, ZPMO has expanded globally with more than 170 branches.

Known as Evang Ebuka Obi, he began prophesying at the tender age of 8, which led many people to seek him out at his family's home. He was mentored spiritually by the late Fr Luke Odikaemerem of the Orlu Diocese of the Catholic Church. After his schooling, Obi moved to Lagos seeking better opportunities. He initially found success in the cable business, but a divine calling led him to leave his enterprise for full-time evangelism, a decision that faced opposition from his family. Despite this, he obeyed the holy instruction, which led to the birth of the Zion Prayer Movement Outreach (ZPMO).
