An email address is required for all online payments, and the minimum payment amount is $10. To pay using eCHECK, the payment amount must be under $1,000. You will need to provide your checking or savings routing number and account number including all zeros. To pay using any other method, the payment amount must be no higher than $300.

Register for Paperless Billing: Registering for paperless billing is fast and easy. You will receive your bill details directly to your email inbox each month and can pay from your computer or your phone.

Use a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card to pay your water bill 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 678.376.6800 and follow the voice prompts. Payments made with the automated system can take 24 to 48 hours to post to your account.

Use MyPhillyWaterBill to find and print water bills for the last 13 months. If you need a copy of an older water bill, please contact the Water Revenue Department at (215) 685-6300. Annual Secured Property Tax Bill

The annual bill, which includes the General Tax Levy, Voted Indebtedness, and Direct Assessments, that the Department of Treasurer and Tax Collector mails each fiscal tax year to all Los Angeles County property owners by November 1, due in two installments.

Adjusted Secured Property Tax Bill

A bill that replaces the Annual Secured Property Tax Bill due to the following reasons: a change or correction to the assessed value of the property; the allowance of an exemption that was previously omitted; the correction of a Direct Assessment placed on the property from a municipality or special district; or the inclusion of a penalty for failure to comply with certain requirements of the Office of the Assessor prescribed by law (this excludes a penalty resulting from a delinquent payment).

Substitute Secured Property Tax Bill

A replacement bill used for making property tax payments on lost or missing original bills. This bill does not contain the Personal Identification Number or a breakdown of the General Levy, Voted Indebtedness, or Direct Assessments.

Supplemental Secured Property Tax Bill

An additional tax bill issued as a result of the reassessment of the value of a property upon a change in ownership or completion of new construction.

Pay online for free using your checking account and the Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is printed on the Annual Property Tax Bill. Each electronic check transaction is limited to $999,999.99. To make a payment now, go to Make Online Payment.

You may also pay online by using a credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) or Visa Debit card. However, there are processing fees when paying by credit/debit card. Each credit/debit card transaction is limited to $99,999.99, including all service fees. The AutoPay feature allows you to pay your bills with automatic debits from your bank account. With AutoPay, you will not have to remember to pay your bill. There are no service fees and you will receive a reminder email prior to the automatic debit.

If you cannot pay your utility bill in full, there are payment plans available. You may enter into a plan from the online payment portal, by using the automated phone system at 312.744.4426, or in person at any of the neighborhood payment centers or City Hall.

The Cobb County Water System has partnered with Paymentus to offer an enhanced website for online account access and payments, which includes the following additional features that customers may elect to receive:

Paymentus is a national company which partners with utilities to provide convenient electronic interactions with customers. This includes ebilling, pay-by-phone, automated telephone and email messaging, and various options for web payments.

With the new system, the bills do not have a message reminding customers not to pay because it is automatically deducted. Autopay customers receive an email 2-4 days before the payment is being charged. Also, you can always log into your customer portal account and on the accounts page the autopay button will be green indicating the autopay is active.

AutoPay allows customers to set up automated reoccurring payments for their bill on the due date of each bill. Customers will receive a notification of each upcoming payment and should review it carefully each month to ensure that they are comfortable with the payment amount before it is made. The Notification of upcoming payment includes a link to cancel the scheduled payment. Customers will also receive a payment confirmation once the payment is processed.

The Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector is pleased to provide you with the capability to obtain property tax information on-line. You may view your tax bill and, if desired, make your property tax payment using a credit card, debit card or E-Check electronic debit from your checking or savings account.

There are several options for paying your utility bill. You may pay your bill in person at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Boulevard, at the Cashiers Office, Room 103, or by using our Drive-Thru window on the north side of building.
