Original deadmau5 songs are of course allowed. Remixes, covers, and mashups are allowed only if they include a track made by deadmau5. Anything at all other than these items will be removed. Non-deadmau5 music can be posted in a weekly YML thread.

Do not share links to downloads of any works by deadmau5 that can be purchased somewhere (iTunes, Amazon, in stores, etc.). Additionally, the reason live.deadmau5.com has pay-to-view and pay-to-listen content is because Joel needs to make some money and also wants some of his stuff to be exclusive to the paid members. If it came from live.deadmau5.com, don't post it here or anywhere else.

Just made a mau5head emblem on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 10? Please, don't post it here. Bought some gnarly deadmau5 stickers on Amazon? They're probably pretty cool, but not cool enough for this sub. Designed your own mousepad? I'm sure it's comfortable and it works well with your mouse, but seriously, no need to post it here. Again, the mods will delete any post that seems insignificant to them. Feel free to argue your case.

After watching the whole series of video lessons, I would recommend the deadmau5 Masterclass to anyone slightly newer to making music (or beginning to take music seriously) and/or interested in hearing insights from a big name in electronic music. I have not completed any of the course materials as of yet. The price tag is a little steep, but if you can afford it and go in with the mindset of getting every penny out if it; it's still worth it. You're not only paying for the video lessons, but the community/connections as well. How useful that will be remains unknown and will likely vary between students.

I'm not a huge deadmau5 fan, but I enjoy his music and figured why not? I've watched countless random YouTube tutorials, but thought it'd be nice to go through a cohesive course. It would have been cool if some parts were a bit more technical, but I understand the course is marketed for everyone.
