Basically spam click (I triple click quickly) on any of the news reporters' faces, and it will pull up. After tinkering around with it for 30 minutes, I discovered a lot of cool stuff. Making flame throwers shoot in all directions, increasing fire rate of machine guns, spawning more enemies, making colossatron faster, increasing health of enemies and cores, spawning 90 cores in the starting screen before attacking a city, increasing spawn rate of cores, etc. There is a reset to default button in case you screw something up while playing around with it. It seems that it was something only beta testers or developers were supposed to know about because there was a way to send notes or emails to the development team about changes or whatever. Anyway, I was able to make my own survival games MUCH more hectic and explosive by increasing enemy spawn rates and core rate. It could be an easy way to get a high score.
