Hello, I activated a 30 day free trial subscription using a paypal account in attempt to test out this product. When buying this free subscription it prompted me that it will charge me if I do not cancel before the 30 days is up. I started the trial, then to my demise it did not log me into the free subscription I just signed up for. I used the "find license key" website to find it, but only found the license key that I use on my primary pc, not this one. I am fearful that I will get charged for this yearly subscription on my paypal due to me not being able to find where my free trial went, and that there is no way on ccleaner to actually access what email is being used *Please allow this to happen*. If I can please have a response that can tell me how to find that 30 day free trial I signed up for and cancel it before it charges me for a whole year of this product.

The standard CCleaner Pro trial is for 14 days not 30, and it doesn't ask for any payment details upfront.

You only give your payment details later if/when you decided to buy after trying it, there's a "Buy Now" button in the trial.

It doesn't have a licence key (until you buy one), so there would be no key to find.

@NEedHelp1 Please contact our support team via the Contact Us form located here: -us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 or by emailing support@ccleaner.com directly with the 9-digit reference number for the order or the license key and we'll be happy to get that cancelled for you.

Hi, I need help, when I tried Performance Optimizer, I tried to put some programs into sleep and it showed me that I need to buy subscribtion to use it, and It showed me in the left bottom corner "activate 30 day trial for free" (or something like that) so I clicked on it, it brought me to site where I needed to do the payment so I put my card in that and after payment I dont know how to acitvate it or cancel it, so Iam asking for help.

I tried using my link to cancel my CCleaner trial but no matter how many links are generated it will not let me cancel, would it be possible for this to be fixed? The support sites are also down with it saying the DNS is not found so I sent an email through Cleverbridge's customer support, any help would greatly appreciated.

I've just downloaded CCleaner and when starting it states that I have 14 days remaining but when I click Start My Trial, it's stating that my trial period has expired. I've never used CCleaner before and hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to fixing this.

It is finding that there has been a free trial of CCleaner on that computer at sometime in the past.

That will have been recorded on the computer itself, and it wouldn't be recorded there unless a trial had already been run.

Where did you download the CCleaner trial from (the URL if you still have a note of it), and what is the setup file called?

I ask because I've just tried installing the trial 'CCsetup613_pro_trial.exe' on a laptop that has already had it once, and I got a different message box to yours.

So i thought i would trial CCplus to see if it would help BUT although i can download and install software i get an error message at end which says it cant open communications to verify me with this error code: Ox2efd

I noted on the main page here it mentions Defrag and Recovery. I do note the links for the Professional and Professional Plus are the same, ie you only get the Professional Trial not the Professional Plus version trial. If you look at the links on that page you'll see that both Pro and Pro plus are linked to

Edit:

Which ever build you download make sure the file names and hashes match to confirm you have the correct downloaded file, you can confirm by looking at this official announcement post:

 -ccleaner-v5516939/

The free version of CCleaner will always be named ccsetup[version].exe whereas the trial will be cctrialsetup.exe. If you believe this to be incorrect anywhere, please let me know the location you have downloaded this from I will get it resolved.

I just downloaded Ccleaner and tried to activate my 14 day trial but every time I try to activate it tells me there's no internet connection.. I looked at the firewall for if it was blocked or something, but found nothing. I hope you can help me.

I include a screen capture of the message.

I subscripted to 30 day free trial with my credit card and i want to cancel it before my subscription ends but auto extension button is not clickable on my app therefore Im not able to cancel it. Can you please help to cancel it?

As an MSP, you know time is money.

CCleaner is one of the most trusted and widespread computer cleaners and virus scanners on the market. Both individual users and businesses use it, with every size of the team in between. Appropriately. CCleaner also has a wide range of service levels and price ranges to match the diversity of its customer base. A big part of that is offering low-risk and free trials to make the adoption of CCleaner easier in new workflows.

Looking for more than just the free personal software? You may benefit from the CCleaner free trial offered on the professional level. Don't want to pay automatically when the free trial is over? DoNotPay can help with a virtual credit card and a plan to get the best possible value from your CCleaner account.

How do you get a CCleaner free trial? First, you need to choose one of the two CCleaner products that offer a free trial: Professional and Cloud. CCleaner professional tier is for solo professionals and people working at home. CCleaner Cloud is for IT managers handling the performance and safety of a network of end-point computers connected through the cloud. Both offer 14-day free trials.

Yes, CCleaner would like to move forward with your account subscription as soon as that 14-day free trial is over. If CCleaner does not roll forward automatically, you may also see a persistent pop-up requesting that you pay for the full services or accept a roll-back in service variety and quality with the end of your free trial.

How can you try out CCleaner's great premium services and features without paying an arm & leg for cybersecurity? DoNotPay has the perfect solution to both the 14-day free trials and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

DoNotPay can do so much more than help you avoid free trial rollover costs. Saving you time and money is what we do best. Here at DoNotPay, we've made it our mandate to take the difficulty out of daily tasks. This list is just a small portion of the good housekeeping tasks we can help you with, from traffic tickets to junk mail and everything in between.

But I'm curious why you're so eager to get it registered. Your trial copy has all the same capabilities as a registered copy, except for allowing you to install/run the 1.8 beta version of the program. Everything else is exactly the same, functionally.

I have a similar concern. I used trial versions of Publisher & Photo from Affinity/serif site then after the trial pd expired I bought the apps from Microsoft Philippines and had them installed. But they still open in trial mode. What should I do about it?

However, this post does give the additional information that you purchased the apps from the M$ Store. I have no experience of this but I wonder whether you should you should do what was suggested in one of the other threads which was asking about the MAC App Store version? That was to uninstall the trial versions and then redownload the purchased versions from the M$ Store and install. You do not need and will not have any installation/serial key with your version of the apps.

Where do the 30-day trial versions of products (lets say Photoshop, for example) store the information that I've used 30 days up, or not? In the registry? In a folder dedicated to this? In a "secret" folder?

As it turns out, getting another free trial could be as easy as removing a few files or changing your computer's MAC address. In this guide, I'll be showing you two methods, on both Mac and Windows, that you can use to test out software for as long as you need on your computer. And as a bonus, I'll show you that these techniques can be used to break the time-restraints on free, public Wi-Fi networks.

Some trial software store activation information in the form of files on your hard drive, which allows app installers to determine if that product had been previously installed on that same drive. This is why you're unable to reinstall trials over and over again.

You can get rid of files associated with software in just a few clicks. Using apps such as AppTrap and AppCleaner, you can drag the trial software icon to the Trash and all of the files hidden away in your Library (where they're kept on OS X) will be deleted as well.

You can also go into your Library and find the files manually, although that takes a little more work. You can find all of the options to get rid of these files either using this guide or by watching the video below. Whatever option you use, you'll be able to install the trial software like new. ff782bc1db
