Buy online: The Department of Natural Resources has the option to purchase certain annual Wisconsin State Park vehicle admission stickers online. Annual Wisconsin Resident, Annual Wisconsin Resident Senior and Non-resident Annual stickers can be purchased online. Additionally, one Reduced Rate Annual sticker (for a vehicle registered to the same household address) can be purchased online at the same time as a full-price sticker. An admission sticker or admission sticker package can be purchased one at a time through the online service.
Annual state trail passes and daily admission stickers and passes are not currently available for purchase online. A combination of stickers/passes can be purchased in one transaction at a state park property.
Reduced rate vehicle admission stickers are available for households with additional vehicles registered to the same address. One reduced-rate annual vehicle admission sticker can be purchased online at the same time as a full-price annual sticker. Reduced rate stickers are also sold at individual park properties if you are purchasing more than one reduced rate sticker for your household.
Telephone orders: Telephone orders are not sent a receipt via email. By County Law, payment of parking fines or a request for a court hearing must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of issuance. All fines increase by $25.00 if payment or election to stand trial is not received within the fifteen calendar day period from the date of issuance. Elections to stand trial received within 15 calendar days of issuance do not require posting of collateral. If all fines and penalties are not paid within 45 days of the violation a second late penalty of $25.00 will be assessed.
Maryland State law indicates that only the State court system has the authority to adjudicate appeals of parking citations. The court designated to hear appeals of citations issued in Montgomery County is the 6th District Court of Maryland. If one chooses to appeal, the instructions to do so are printed on the reverse of the citation itself, which says:

If you own a motorcycle, you must complete the regular application for a Resident Parking Permit. However, we do not expect or recommend that you try to affix the sticker to your motorcycle. You should keep the permit and if you receive a ticket for parking without a permit, you must provide the permit number when you dispute the ticket.
If you receive a parking or transit citation you must pay or protest the citation by the due date, or you will be subject to late fees and collections fees. Vehicles with five or more parking citations will be subject to booting and/or towing. Do not pay a citation if you wish to protest it.
Delinquent parking citations will be transmitted to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and you will be required to pay the balance in order to renew your vehicle registration. Citation payments made directly to the DMV will take up to eight (8) weeks to be received by SFMTA.

What if I want to fight a ticket I received over 100 days ago?
If an Administrative Law Judge finds you guilty at a parking ticket hearing, you have the right to appeal the decision. To request an appeal, you must file a Parking / Camera Violations Appeal Application within 30 days of the Administrative Law Judge's hearing decision. Learn more about filing an appeal here.
Follow the instructions on the back of the orange envelope provided with your ticket. Enclose a check or money order for the full amount indicated on the front of the ticket. Do NOT send cash. Don't include any correspondence in the envelope, other than your payment. You do not need to include your copy of the parking ticket.

HOPPS and FlexPort allow Harvard faculty, staff, and visitors more commuting options by purchasing daily temporary permits instantly and printing them from their home or office computers. Individuals and departments can purchase permits up to seven days in advance for designated parking lots and facilities.
You or your guest may purchase a temporary permit either from the Campus Service Center, or from online applications HOPPS (Cambridge permits) or Flexport (Allston permits). Online systems are highly recommended for convenience and 24-hour availability. Permits must be purchased prior to arrival at the parking facility, and must be displayed at all times when parked on campus. If the permit is purchased at the Parking Office, payment may be made by cash, check, credit card, or 33-digit billing code. If the permit is purchased online, payment may be made by credit card (excluding University Purchasing Cards) or 33-digit billing code. Please note that a waiting period of up to 72 hours is possible for online billing code approval.
Please note that online daily permits for the Longwood Medical campus cannot be purchased through departmental billing and will not appear as a form of payment should either parking location be included with your check-out
To cancel any paper temporary permit purchased at the Campus Service Center, the permit must be returned to the Campus Service Center prior to the date printed on the permit. If you purchased an online permit, you must cancel through the online permit system prior to the date of the permit. Cancellations will not be considered if the permit has expired.
