This Document Supplement for International Environmental Law and Policy: Cases, Materials, and Problems, Third Edition, includes the text of documents referenced in the coursebook. Coverage includes documents in the following areas: foundation documents; responsibility and liability; freshwater resources; the marine environment; the polar regions; atmosphere; biological diversity; and trade, business, and the environment.

Immediately upon receipt, all controlled data or documents shall be provided to the Document Control Manager for inventory. If it is impractical to provide the data, such as for data that exists only in an electronic form, a brief description of the data should be provided.

When inventorying hard copy materials, to the extent practical, the Document Control Manager will confirm each sheet of controlled data is marked to indicate its restriction. Any missing markings will be added. The Document Control Manager shall provide a conspicuous document cover sheet for each document. A sample document cover sheet is shown in Appendix C.

I am trying to write a script in order to replace specific words with their small caps version. I have created a small caps style Heading6 in my document but it can only be applied to a text range as a whole.Is it possible to apply the style partially?

This is an incomplete collection of current and past CAPS documents. The Curriculum Assesment Policy Statements (CAPS) documents represent the Department of Education's policy regarding all subjects listed in the National Curriculm Statement for Grades R to 12. Each document provides South African schools with guidelines regarding learning material, subject assessment and overall expected outcome.

The NIH Grants Policy Statement (NIHGPS) makes available, in a single document, the policy requirements that serve as the terms and conditions of NIH grant awards. By accepting an award, recipients agree to comply with the requirements in the NIH Grants Policy Statement except where the notice of award states otherwise. Notices of policy changes published in the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts can supersede information in the NIH Grants Policy Statement. Compliance with these policy updates also becomes a term and condition of award.

In order to set the caps for 2013 through 2020, CARB utilized GHG inventory data, as well as actual GHG reported data.[5] This ensured the impacts of the great recession were accounted for in the caps. In setting the 2021-2030 caps, CARB utilized extensive modeling that took into account the reductions delivered by companion policies as described in the 2017 Scoping Plan Update.[6] Importantly, CARB made adjustments in setting the 2021-2030 caps to permanently remove allowances from general circulation to reflect the fact that we would be below the 2020 target.[7]

Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) are used to correct deficiencies, reduce liabilities, and improve environmental compliance. CAPs document corrective and/or preventive actions that are required to address environmental compliance findings and management system breakdowns. They may also provide observations for improvement and recommended Best Management Practices (BMPs).

The CAPS prospectus and shareholder report modules may be purchased separately or jointly to provide an integrated solution. Documents are created and edited in Microsoft Word and Excel, combined with an intuitive user interface and a database-driven virtual library. This allows you to manage and repurpose information and data required in investment company registration statements, prospectuses, summary prospectuses, Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), Packaged Retail & Insurance based Investment Products (PRIIPs), shareholder reports, and other documents.

A security policy is a document that states in writing how a company plans to protect its physical and information technology (IT) assets. Security policies are living documents that are continuously updated and changing as technologies, vulnerabilities and security requirements change.

The preference to All-Caps also had a technical reason. In 1952, document formating was limited and word processing technology changed little until the mid-1980's. Not only was All-Caps specifically mentioned by the UCC but it was actually the easiest way to make provisions conspicuous.

Within 24 hours of identification of a potential sponsor for a child or youth, the care provider or the ORR National Call Center sends the sponsor a package with the application and related documents (called the Family Reunification Packet or FRP).

In addition to completing and signing the Family Reunification Application (FRA) and the Authorization for Release of Information, potential sponsors must provide documentation of identity, address, and relationship to the child they seek to sponsor.3 Potential sponsors must also submit documentation verifying the identity of the children they seek to sponsor, and evidence verifying the identity of all adults residing with the sponsor and all adult caregivers identified in a sponsor care plan. In addition to their use as evidence of the foregoing, all documentation submitted under this section is used as part of the overall sponsor assessment process. See Section 2.4 Sponsor Assessment Criteria and Home Studies. As a result, ORR may in its discretion require potential sponsors to submit additional documentation beyond the minimums specified below.

Proof of Sponsor Identity

To verify their identity, all potential sponsors must submit original versions or legible copies of government-issued identification documents. They may present either one selection from List A or two or more documents from List B. If a potential sponsor presents selections from list B, at least one selection must contain a legible photograph. Expired documents are acceptable for the purpose of establishing identity.

All potential sponsors must submit documentation verifying the identity of non-sponsor adults in their household or adults identified in a sponsor care plan. Potential sponsors must submit at least one identification document that contains a photograph for all such adults. The document may be from either List A or List B above, and may be an original version or a legible copy of the document. Expired documents are acceptable for the purpose of establishing identity.

If the potential sponsor has any guardianship documents or other documents from a state or foreign government they must submit this with the Family Reunification Application. ORR also accepts sworn affidavits from potential sponsors in addition to corroborating interviews the Case Manager has with the child, potential sponsor, and other family members to establish whether the potential sponsor was a primary giver to the child.

If a sponsor, household member, or adult caregiver provides any false information in the application of release and/or accompanying documents or submits fraudulent documents for the purposes of obtaining sponsorship of the child, ORR will report the incident to HHS/Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Fraudulent documents include documents on which the address, identity, or other relevant information is false or documents that have been manufactured or altered without lawful authorization.
