Where has the link button gone? I have looked everywhere, I have googled it, I have looked back at previous designs that were linked and still no sign of the button. I am stumped. I just want to finish this design and add the links, can someone please help me? Thank you in advance!

Edit 2: Figured it out! Can't link grouped items. Had a button graphic element linked with text. I will leave this here in case anyone else has the same issue. (You'd think they would just blank out the button, but they completely removed it!)

I help run an Etsy Shop where we started selling editable Canva templates of Business Cards, Announcement cards, and more. When creating the sharing links we make sure to use the "Template Link" instead of "Link shared publicly" so everybody who purchases the template gets a link to edit their own copy and the original design stays intact.

I recently heard back from a customer that said they couldn't edit the template. It turns out that they where trying to access the template link on an iPhone. After some troubleshooting, I was able to replicate the issue on my iPhone, but by chance I had my wife try on hers and it worked. The only difference I could find was that she didn't have the Canva app installed so it would open the link through the web browser, but when our customer and I tried opening the link through our phone it would error out when trying to open through the app.

Just started using Canva today. I'm trying to use it to make an escape room for my students. I'd like to be able to link one slide to another slide with a puzzle on it. I can't seem to get my slides to show up when I try to link them. I only get an option use a hyperlink.

I just created a slideshow with the intention of having it run in a browser via link. Is this not an option? I can share the regular link, where you have to click to advance, but not an autoplay link. Basically, I want to use the link on a TV with a browser and have it play, instead of needing to be logged into my Canva account on the TV.

Hello there, Whenever I paste a hyperlink in Canva docs, it generates automatic preview of that link, and to remove this preview, I need to undo (Ctrl + Z) after I paste the link so that the link shows as it is, just a link.

I have created a series pitch deck in CanvaPro that I am sending to a client via email, via the view link to but I want it to play automatically through the slides for the viewer as I have set it to music to communicate the project fully and more immersively.

Canva recently released an awesome feature to create a landing page for any of your social media link in bios! It allow customization of your own branding colours and images to make it completely in tune with your business and brand.

This is the physical link to your landing page that you can paste in your Instagram or social media bio. However, you most likely want to make it shorter and cleaner for your URL link to be displayed!

Hi! I designed something in Canva, and linked my accounts. My Canva design has multiple hyperlinks. When I import into CC, though, the format automatically changes to .png and my hyperlinks are lost. Is there a solution? Thanks!

PDFs can't be embedded into emails sent through us, so if your Canva email template has links, you'd be setting it up like any other email created from a PDF. When you bring it over from Canva, you can insert the first page to act as a thumbnail for your overall design in your email, then link to the fuller document in your Library.

Please DO check out the post I linked above, as it has more in-depth information for WooCommerce setup and best practices for selling digital and downloadable products, specifically! That post also goes over setting up payment options for PayPal and Stripe.

However, since the platform itself only offers the option to post a single link on your Instagram profile, many Instagram users tend to use offers from third-party providers such as Linktree or Linkin.bio.

Canva doesn't provide a built-in URL shortener, so you need to use a third-party service. Fortunately, Short.io provides a browser extension that allows one to shorten links directly from a web page. The Chrome/Firefox/Edge extensions for Short.io make it easy to create branded links on Canva with a few clicks and leverage URLs for sharing videos.

Allow for the ability to create links to groups. I would be okay with however this might be accomplished. I imagine there may already be some existing syntax in other software for similar functionality that might be a logical choice, but I am unaware of them.

Here is a relevant request that specifically asks for this same functionality but from within notes. Technically, I guess if that request were implemented, in the canvas you could embed notes with the group links, and utilize them. Canvas: Ability to link to a specific group / a selected section / a card of a Canvas

Every object on Canvas board will have an ID assigned to it so it can be found enyware on teh board as well as you can create a hyperlink from other card/object and skip/jump between them without draging (Space + Hold) manualy or changing the zoom level

I like this one. I hope canvas can be used in my notes page with [[Note.canvas#group]], If there is less canvas content, the words on the card can be directly displayed (images and links can use icons).

Canvas public link is another unique URL you can share with people you want them to read the content only. Your visitors to your canvas via this kind of URL cannot make any change or remove anything from the canvas.

Canva is a popular graphic design tool that allows users to create stunning designs for social media, marketing, and other purposes. However, some users may prefer to open Canva links in the desktop app rather than in their web browser. Fortunately, it is easy to open Canva links in the desktop app with just a few simple steps.

To open Canva links in the desktop app, users can first download Canva from the official website or the App Store on their Mac. Once Canva is installed, users can simply click on the link they want to open in the app, and it will automatically launch in the desktop version. This makes it easy to create and edit designs without having to switch back and forth between the web browser and the desktop app.

Overall, opening Canva links in the desktop app can save time and make it easier to create and edit designs. By following these simple steps, users can enjoy the benefits of the desktop app while still accessing their Canva designs online.

The first step in opening a Canva link in the app is to locate the link. Users may receive a link via email or chat, or they may find a link on a website or social media platform. Once the user has located the link, they can proceed to the next step.

One of the most common issues with Canva links is that they may be broken. This can happen if the website or page that the link is directed to is no longer available or has been moved. It can also happen if there is an error in the URL or if the website is experiencing technical difficulties.

To troubleshoot this issue, try copying and pasting the link into a different web browser or try opening the link on a different device. If the link still redirects you to the wrong page, contact the website owner or Canva support for further assistance.

Cybercriminals often use legitimate websites in their phishing attacks as a way to get around the security systems that your organization has in place. A recent example of this is the use of Canva, a popular graphic design platform. Canva provides users with a variety of ways to create and share visual content. Cybercriminals are using Canva to create an official-looking document that contains a clickable, malicious link. Creating and storing this document on Canva allows the attackers to get through security measures because Canva is a legitimate website.

If you are looking for a way to add an important link to the Canvas course menu, the Redirect Tool is the app to use. The text for the link is decided by you, and the link can be external or a Canvas page, resource or activity. The link can open in Canvas or in a new tab. The Redirect Tool app already exists in all UMN Canvas sites, and you can configure multiple apps.

While spoofs of Microsoft and Docusign are common enough in Canva-based phishing attacks, the malicious emails sporting Canva links that we most frequently encounter are fake voice mail notifications -- a genre that has been on the rise over the past few months. Strangely, the initial email in this particular attack immediately requires users to open yet another attached email:

Using the Phish Alert Button (PAB), customers began reporting malicious emails with links to documents hosted on Canva accounts just one month later, in February 2020. We certainly aren't the only ones, though, to have spotted phishing emails exploiting Canva. See, for example, this write-up from Trend Micro in April of 2020.

When you publish a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides file to the web, it creates a copy anyone can view when via a link or embed code. You'll still have your original file with the same sharing permissions.
