"By chance, I entered the community, met nice people and of course kind moderators. I make many friends in the community, someone suggested me to play candy crush friends. I now play the two simultaneously."

Windows 10 upgrade does appear include candy crush. I have a work machine that was game free and after upgrade found ccs installed. I cannot say 100% sure but it was definitely not in the start menu until after the upgrade. Uninstalling deletes it but you still need to go to regedit and click find and input candy and you will find a number of instances and keys. Delete them, don't worry it will not cause any problems as long as they say candy crush.

I was able to use your recommendation to uninstall the Candy Crush Package. That did not, however, delete the already downloaded update files. Those files still remain in the C drive wasting useful space. Any recommendation on how to permanently delete them? I've included a screenshot of the remaining files in the C drive after the uninstall of the candy crush package.

If you are a small organization not yet using custom WIM's, Audit Mode can be used to install programs (be conscious of things that need to generate a new GUID such as AnitVirues), drivers, customize start menu\taskbar without locking the start menu and more. I'd suggest looking into this guide for a good walk through: -us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/system-builder-deployment-of-windows-10-for-desktop-editions Opens a new window

The game is already hugely popular; in 2013 it reached half a billion downloads, and during the fourth quarter of last year it raked in $324 million. This news will only make it harder to get away from the colorful candy gems.

everytime i get tempted to upgarde from windows 7 to windows 10 I read something like this and it reminds me why I dont bother , guess eventually microsoft will go like woolworths did and just become a corporate non entity.

Please please contact me at the email im providing i really need help. This happened after that Candy app missed my profile and windows forced me to use Temporary Profile, so i made a fix for that, which worked but it messed my Store and Edge apps

In the game, players complete levels by swapping colored pieces of candy on a game board to make a match of three or more of the same color, eliminating those candies from the board and replacing them with new ones, which could potentially create further matches. Matches of four or more candies create unique candies that act as power-ups with larger board-clearing abilities. Boards have various goals that must be completed within a fixed number of moves, such as collecting a specific number of a type of candy.

Candy Crush Saga is a "match three" game, where the core gameplay is based on swapping two adjacent candies among several on the gameboard to make a row or column of at least three matching-colored candies. On this match, the matched candies are removed from the board, and candies above them fall into the empty spaces, with new candies appearing from the top of the board. This may create a new matched set of candies, which is automatically cleared in the same manner. The player scores points for these matches and gains progressively more points for chain reactions (called cascades).[5] Additionally, creating matches of four or more candies will create a special candy that, when matched, can clear a row, column, or other section of the board.[5]

King filed for applications for trademarks on the word "candy" in January 2013 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which became publicly known in January 2014.[38] News of these pending trademarks raised concerns from other developers, who feared that King would use their trademark to intimidate smaller developers.[39] In response to this criticism, King decided not to pursue the trademark.[40]

The mobile game known as CandySwipe created in 2010, two years prior to the release of Candy Crush Saga, had many similarities that its independent developer Albert Ransom noticed as Candy Crush Saga became more successful. Following news of the "candy" trademark, Ransom issued a statement in February 2014, claiming that King had intentionally copied elements from his own game including the app icon, the art for the candy pieces, and sound effects like the level-completion "Sweet!".[41] While details were not given, Ransom stated that he had "amicably" resolved the matter with King by April of that year.[42]

A third sequel, Candy Crush Friends Saga,[55] was released on both iOS[56] and Android in October 2018. Prior to each round, the player may have the ability to select one of the series' characters to assist with the puzzle. Each character has a power that activates after a certain number of candies of a specific color are collected, such as converting a candy on the board to a wrapped candy.[57] This game earned $5.6 million in its first month, and $10 million by June 2019.[58]

Outrageously (way beyond fashionably) late to the party, Candy Crush Saga has arrived on Windows Phone. Trailed by legendary tales from friends and colleagues on iOS and Android who have had their lives ruined by getting addicted to this 'delicious puzzle adventure'. It's freemium, of course, so let's see how it balances out on Windows Phone. Whatever happens, it's another of the high profile apps and games that was apparently missing and is now present and correct, so colour me happy(ish) and time to unwrap another celebratory candy...

What matters though, aside from the sheer presence on the platform (so no more sneering "What do you mean, you can't play Candy Crush Saga on that thing?" taunts from your friends), is that the money making scheme for the developers game is intact and plays exactly as it does on the likes of the iPhone. At heart, it's a 'match 3' game, in a world of sweets and candies, but the difference here is that there are a mountain of candy types and special rules, plus balancing stats of various candy colours, all introduced in ever-increasing intensity as the scheme game progresses. Quoting from Wikipedia (since there are no explicit help screens within Candy Crush Saga and since I'm bound to get something wrong otherwise):

Different "special candies" can be formed by matching a combination of 4 or 5 in a certain formation, such as a "Striped" candy (which clears either an entire row or column), a "Wrapped" candy (which acts like a bomb; clearing the 8 surrounding candies, falling, and exploding one more time), or a "Color Bomb" (which removes all candies with the same color of the one it is matched with). Special Candies can also be matched together, producing varying effects; for example, matching a color bomb with a striped candy turns all of the candies of its color into striped candies, which are immediately detonated.

Other special candies which appear on the boards for free can be purchased from the in-game store, or won from the Candy Crush Booster Wheel. These include Jelly Fish in jelly clearing boards which clear 3 pieces from the board at random, the Coconut Wheel on ingredient dropping boards which changes three candies in a row into striped candies, and Lucky Candy in recipe boards which when matched change to one of the types of pieces the player needs to clear the objective. The Booster Wheel also offers a chance to win a jackpot of all boosters in one spin. Other pieces known as Blockers appear on boards to add to the challenge: Icing (also called Meringues) cannot be moved and can only be removed by matching next to it, Liquorice Locks cage off single pieces of candy to prevent them from use, Chocolate pieces will multiply if not cleared, Liquorice Swirls cannot be easily removed with Special Candies, Candy Bombs will explode and end the level early if they are not cleared, Multilayered Icing requires multiple matches to remove, Chocolate Spawners will produce Chocolate pieces at all times, Marmalade guards Special Candies from use, Cake Bombs can clear the entire board once cleared, and Toffee Tornadoes move on the board destroying pieces and shattering the tile beneath them to prevent use for one turn. Other pieces also appear on levels such as Chameleon Candies which switch colors every turn, Mystery Candies which randomly turn into a Special Candy or a Blocker, and Extra Time Candies on time limit levels. ff782bc1db
