No matter if you want to make a background transparent (PNG), add a white background to a photo, extract or isolate the subject, or get the cutout of a photo - you can do all this and more with remove.bg.

Note: When using the opacity property to add transparency to the background of an element, all of its child elements inherit the same transparency. This can make the text inside a fully transparent element hard to read.

If you do not want to apply opacity to child elements, like in our example above, use RGBA color values. The following example sets the opacity for the background color and not the text:

The background shorthand CSS property sets all background style properties at once, such as color, image, origin and size, or repeat method. Component properties not set in the background shorthand property value declaration are set to their default values.

Browsers do not provide any special information on background images to assistive technology. This is important primarily for screen readers, as a screen reader will not announce its presence and therefore convey nothing to its users. If the image contains information critical to understanding the page's overall purpose, it is better to describe it semantically in the document.

By default, Tailwind makes the entire default color palette available as background colors. You can customize your color palette by editing theme.colors or theme.extend.colors in your tailwind.config.js file.

The package offers the placement of background material on the pages of a document. The user can control many aspects (contents, position, color, opacity) of the background material that will be displayed; all placement and attribute settings are controlled by setting key values.

Renewal and conversion applications with the BOEE include checks of various resources such as Iowa Courts Online, Child Abuse Registry, Sex Offender Registry, and others. The applicant pays a fee as part of the renewal or conversion application process and the BOEE conducts the required background check.

Fieldprint has locations across Iowa to allow individuals applying for their first license with the Board of Educational Examiners to be fingerprinted and have their prints submitted to the federal agency to complete this portion of the background check. Within each application will be instructions to outline the procedures to make an appointment, secure fingerprints and submit the necessary information.

This new Fieldprint process will provide a more convenient fingerprinting process, decrease processing times, and decrease the individual cost for the applicant. We anticipate receiving results in approximately one week or less for the majority of background checks, although some checks may take longer.

The cost of the federal background check and fingerprinting costs will be paid directly to Fieldprint at the time of registering for an appointment. The current cost of this procedure will be $34.35. The remaining fee for background check of $35.00 will be paid to the Board of Educational Examiners in the online application.

Paper fingerprint cards will still be available upon request. The fee to complete the background check through paper cards will continue to be $75.00. Cards will need to be requested from our office. You may call the main number at 515-281-3245.Ā

If you have a Lifetime License you will need to submit a request for a background check at least once every 5 years via our online educator licensing portal (ELO). The deadline to submit a request is June 30 of your fifth year.

Everyone must submit background checks for credentials issued by the Ohio State Board of Education. These credentials include licenses, certificates and permits, as well as the non-tax certificates and permanent certificates that have no expiration date.

All candidates seeking their first Ohio educator license, certificate or permit must submit both Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and FBI criminal background checks. Your background checks must be no older than one year (365 days) at the time the Ohio State Board of Education issues your initial credential.

Additionally, everyone who holds a credential issued by the Ohio State Board of Education must complete FBI background checks every five years. Please note that credential holders are responsible for obtaining required updated background checks within the five-year timeframe prescribed by law, even if the expiration date of a background check does not coincide with the expiration date of the issued credential.

First log into your account and view your background check information under My Background Checks from your CORE Dashboard. If you cannot find the information you need on your CORE Dashboard, you may call the Office of Educator Licensure and Effectiveness at 1-855-983-4868 or email Educator.Licensure@sboe.ohio.gov for assistance. You may also contact BCI at 877-224-0043 or P.O. Box 365; London, OH 43140.

All Ohio credential holders must submit FBI background checks to the Ohio State Board of Education every five years. You may also need to submit BCI background checks every five years if any of the following occur:

Rapback enrollment requires your BCI background check. All candidates seeking their first credential issued by the Ohio State Board of Education must submit fingerprints through the BCI background check process. You must have your background checks completed no more than one year (365 days) before the date your initial credential is issued for enrollment in Rapback.

If you allow your Ohio State Board of Education-issued credential to lapse for longer than a year, you will be unenrolled from the Rapback system. If you have been unenrolled from the Rapback system and wish to become licensed again, you must have a current (no older than 365 days) BCI background check on file at the time the Ohio State Board of Education issues your credential.

The Ohio State Board of Education must use the background checks reported electronically by BCI. Please do not send paper copies to the State Board of Education, and do not upload copies of your background checks to your account.

Due to differences in state statutes regarding the scope of educator criminal background checks, you may not use your out-of-state background check for credentials issued by the Ohio State Board of Education.

The State Board of Education will hold the background check results and match them with your application once you apply for a credential, provided your identifying background check information matches the information you included in your application.

The Ohio State Board of Education will hold applications for a maximum of 60 days to allow sufficient time for receipt of background check results. Your application will automatically decline, and you will be charged a nonrefundable $25 processing fee if you do not have your background checks completed and submitted to the State Board of Education within the 60-day hold period.

The Ohio State Board of Education checks for certain offenses listed under section 3319.31 of the Ohio Revised Code. Schools, districts and Educational Service Centers (ESCs) must also request background checks for applicants who will be assigned duties involving interaction with or the regular responsibility for children, per section 3319.39 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Fingerprint rejections may lead to delay. Ā Fingerprint rejections occur for different reasons including the prolonged use of hand sanitizer and the wearing of latex gloves. IPLA does not conduct or administer the criminal background checks and cannot assist you with expediting the process.

NOTE: After authorizing a new CBC and selecting to submit new fingerprints, fingerprints must be submitted within 180 days. If fingerprints are not submitted within 180 days, the background check window will expire and a new CBC will need to be authorized and paid for. e24fc04721
