I had the same problem, there was no extension=php_soap.dll in my php.iniBut this was because I had copied the php.ini from a old and previous php version (not a good idea).I found the dll in the ext directory so I just could put it myself into the php.iniextension=php_soap.dllAfter Apache restart all worked with soap :)

They dont support it as in in they wont help you or be responsible for you hosing anything, but you can install custom extensions. To do so you need to first set up a local install of php 5, during that process you can compile in extensions you need or you can add them dynamically to the php.ini after the fact.

That's much the question. I have PHP 5.2.9 on Apache and I cannot upgrade PHP. Is there a way for me to enable SOAP in PHP 5.2.9? The PHP manual did not help at all when it said, "To enable SOAP support, configure PHP with --enable-soap ." How do I configure?

As far as your question goes: no, if activating from .ini is not enough and you can't upgrade PHP, there's not much you can do. Some modules, but not all, can be added without recompilation (zypper install php5-soap, yum install php-soap). If it is not enough, try installing some PEAR class for interpreted SOAP support (NuSOAP, etc.).

The configure command used by your PHP may be shown with phpinfo(). Repeating it identical should give you an exact copy of the PHP you now have installed. Adding --enable-soap will then enable SOAP in addition to everything else.

That said, if you aren't familiar with PHP recompilation, don't do it. It also requires several ancillary libraries that you might, or might not, have available - freetype, gd, libjpeg, XML, expat, and so on and so forth (it's not enough they are installed; they must be a developer version, i.e. with headers and so on; in most distributions, having libjpeg installed might not be enough, and you might need libjpeg-dev also).

For servers only, soapHeader can be a function, which allows headers to bedynamically generated from information in the request. This function will becalled with the following arguments for each received request:

node-soap is still working out some kinks regarding namespaces. If you find that an element is given the wrong namespace prefix in the request body, you can add the prefix to it's name in the containing object. I.E.:

Sometimes it is necessary to override the default behaviour of node-soap in order to deal with the special requirementsof your code base or a third library you use. Therefore you can use the wsdlOptions Object, which is passed in the#createClient() method and could have any (or all) of the following contents:

By default, node-soap uses $value as the key for any parsed XML value which may interfere with your other code as itcould be some reserved word, or the $ in general cannot be used for a key to start with.

However in some systems (i.e. NetSuite) when the wsdl is downloaded for offline caching, all files are flattened under a single directory and all the imports fail.Passing this option allows node-soap to correctly load all files.

Sometimes it's useful to handle deserialization in your code instead of letting node-soap do it.For example if the soap response contains dates that are not in a format recognized by javascript, you might want to use your own function to handle them.

The XML specification specifies that there is no semantic difference between and , and node-soap defaults to using the format. But if your web service is particular, or if there is a stylistic preference, the useEmptyTag option causes tags with no contents to use the format instead.

If an Element in a schema definition depends on an Element which is present in the same namespace, normally the tns:namespace prefix is used to identify this Element. This is not much of a problem as long as you have just one schema defined(inline or in a separate file). If there are more schema files, the tns: in the generated soap file resolved mostly to the parent wsdl file, which was obviously wrong.

node-soap now handles namespace prefixes which shouldn't be resolved (because it's not necessary) as so called ignoredNamespaceswhich default to an Array of 3 Strings (['tns', 'targetNamespace', 'typedNamespace']).

If this is not sufficient for your purpose you can easily add more namespace prefixes to this Array, or override it in its entiretyby passing an ignoredNamespaces object within the options you pass in soap.createClient() method.

I have been using a bottle of baby soap, but was using dish soap before and seemed better to me.......not sure what the hype on baby soap is. Been trying different films though too, so maybe that has a play in it. But seemed like things were easier to work with with $1 dish soap.

I would only use the dawn for cleaning, since its more harsh than baby shampoo. Think about it, one is used to wash a babys head and one is meant to break down grease and removed food stuck on dishes. Ive also noticed that the drip marks on door panel are more noticable with dawn. Howard at EWF posted something ahwile back about someone testing what dish soap does to film in a lab and that was enough to never use it.

I think I also read somewhere that the adhesive used in window film is a vegetable based (organic) substance. If that is still the case, then installing with a dish detergent that is meant to break down and destroy organic compounds Not a good idea. This means you are breaking down your adhesive as you are installing your film.

Dawn or any equivalent that contains a degreaser and or hand softening agent will affect the adhesive's ability to adhere long term. We would use Dawn and Palmolive for SS films back in the day before anti-graffiti adhesives hit the market. There was a marked difference in removing safety adhesive compared to film that was installed with J&J.

Ok m not going to use the dawn no more ????.... the problem could've been that I didn't now that I had to clean the bottle and dump the water the day before I would just use like that.... I clean it with alcohol and that's why my install was really clean.. m going to use the j@j now thanks all this tips make a difference in what WI do thanks I really appreciate it????????????????

What: Run CC SOAP Notifier COM Components Setup to install and register components needed to run or develop third-party SOAPNotifierCOM applications on a desktop PC. Components are installed to the destination folder specified by the user. The default folder is c:\Program Files\PureConnect. Setup registers two dynamic link libraries: SOAPNotifierCOMU.DLL and MSSOAPNotifierConnectorU.DLL. Setup optionally installs a help system that describes interfaces, methods, and properties in the Notifier COM API. When this option is selected, setup adds a shortcut named SOAP Notifier COM Help to the start menu, inside the PureConnect folder.

Several sites list it as a suitable substitute to install grips. There isn't anything in there that would act as a solvent to activate the tape. I have no doubts that it would slicken the tape surface up so that the grip would slide right on, but what happens when the mixture drys? There's nothing to hold the grip in place as the tape hasn't been activated...or has it?

I don't have any of the water activated tape....I'm using the reguar tape that needs solvent.

That's what is unusual about using the soap and water....where's the SOLVENT come in at?

If you have mineral spirits or paint thinner it will work the same as the solvent you were using, gas can work to but would not recommend it. If you do not have a descent air compressor to blow out the excess soapy water it could take almost 24 hours for the grips to be playable. Good luck, Hub.

I normally use the water activated tape with the soapy water, but have also used water with the regular tape. I think the liquid mostly just acts as a lubricant to slide the grips on. I've regripped some original clubs that had very little tape on as it came from the manufacturers. Any grip tape is sticky, the grips fit on tight, so just lubricant is necessary.

Never had a problem.

Paint thinner is mineral spirits. Basically the same thing as grip solvent. Get the odorless type and recycle the stuff during gripping. A quart will last you a long time.

If you can get the grips on using soapy water as a lubricant, I can't see anything wrong per say. As the others say, it will take longer to dry than using solvent, but once dry it should be fine.

I use air or tape w / solvent depending on the club, but would be hesitant to use soap and water.

I would be worried if the clubs got too wet in the rain the soap residue left under the grip would rewet and become slippery. If the tapes there I guess that could hold it in the non wet spots,

With long putter grips especially if using a one piece of 21 inches or the middle section of a two piece a little soap is a ... must .. because a large amount of solvent is needed and does not always work and if the grip gets stuck ... well you are about screwed ..cause it can't be advanced and dependent how far down the shaft the grip gets stuck it is next to impossible to remove to re-install ......in my experiences a little dawn liquid does a very good job and evaporates similar to other solvents

If anyone uses this technique know that the soap will never evaporate. Use too much and the grips will likely slip since the soap acts like a lubricant. Bad idea overall. Get some mineral spirits or similar and install the grips properly.

I use the water-activated tape and use dish soap. Never had a problem until tonight installing Winn Excel grips (the real old style tan ones) - one got stuck half way down the 8 iron, and I know I used more than enough solvent. Gonna have to use my friend's air compressor tomorrow night and try to wet her down the grip and blow her off. It seemed like it set in half a minute instead of three BUT these Winns have been a PITA anyway so I don't think it was the tape........never again. I'm buying Iomics next year. e24fc04721
