When you are using Take Control integrated with N-sight RMM, you can download and install either of the following Take Control Viewers on the device providing assistance: Take Control (N-able) ViewerTake Control (TeamViewer) Viewer

For a successful connection, the Take Control viewer installed on the device providing assistance must match the Take Control engine enabled on the device requiring assistance. For example, if the device requiring assistance uses the Take Control (N-able) engine, the device providing assistance must use the Take Control (N-able) viewer.

When you provide support to a mixed environment of Take Control (TeamViewer) and Take Control (N-able) installations, you must have both Take Control Viewer versions installed on the device providing assistance.

The Take Control (N-able) Viewer is available for Windows and Mac. It enables you to connect to any devices running Take Control (N-able). The downloaded viewer automatically matches the Operating System of the computer you have logged into the Dashboard.

The Take Control (TeamViewer) Viewer is only available for Windows computers and it enables you to connect to any devices running Take Control (TeamViewer). Each viewer can run three concurrent remote access sessions.

Take Control (TeamViewer) and TeamViewer cannot co-exist on the same device. If a TeamViewer host is detected during the installation of Take Control (TeamViewer), there is the option to Replace Existing TeamViewer Installation with Take Control in the device's Summary tab.

Duplicated thread, this has been going on in the viewer sub-forum, with a very similar outcome. The OP seems determined to install via a package method, not by downloading a tarball. In a few years there may indeed be repositories for viewers, but not right now.

If you're using a distribution that uses APT, you're going to have to download the file from the Firestorm Viewer download page and do it yourself - manually. Ditto with ALL Second Life viewers.

The caveat to installing the WorkSpaceApp and Receiver with the above script is that it does not allow the Desktop Viewer toolbar to be visible, even though it is clearly in the "ADDLOCAL" variable to add it and what I have discovered through testing and forums, is that this toolbar is required for support of multiple monitors.

If I install the Workspace Application without using a script, and go through the normal process of setup, i get a completely different set up and the Desktop Viewer toolbar, but it also isn't locked down and users can modify accounts.

I have a feeling the problem is with your ADDLOCAL options as well. Looking at Citrix's documentation for Workspace -us/citrix-workspace-app-for-windows/install.html#common-parameters it appears some of the options may be different than they were for Receiver. For one, I don't think SSON is an option anymore. Here is what it says are all of the options:

SketchUp has the option to be run silently for distributed installations. You won't need this option unless you're deploying SketchUp on a large scale. If you're working with larger installations and a network license, be sure to read our article on...

Once this was complete, I turned on the Hololens and the SketchUp Viewer was now available for install as well. Successfully installed this and launched the Trimble Connect from my desktop and I

was up and running.

I am new to Ax world, one of my user is requesting Management Reporter Desktop Viewer, I have searched his pc and tried to find Desktop Viewer but couldn't find it. When I open Ax client on his machine and I can see this menu and it is working GL-->Reports-->Management Reporter. But don't know for some reason it looks like Desktop Viewer is not installed.

The desktop viewer was the first tool for viewing MR reports. Over time, the functionality to view reports in a web browser was added and in the latest MR versions the desktop viewer is no longer available. If MR reporter is working fine, personally, I would not try implementing something that will be outdated and no longer available soon because you basically have the same functionalities available in the webbrowswer. Whether the desktop viewer is still available for you depends on your "AX" version (AX2012 vs. D365FO) and the MR version that you apply.

Do we need to have Browser View or Desktop Viewer if we have Management Reporter installed and configured or this is some different tool provide different feature set?

I would advice to install the free reader SumatraPDF, which is the best choice for TeX files: it doesn't lock the .pdf files when you recompile, allows for direct and inverse search (don't know if this is important for LyX, but in a traditional TeX editor, it lets you go back and forth between a point in the .pdf and the corresponding line of code), is very small (< 3Mo) and ultra-fast).

I do not wish to ask the user, where MS PowerPoint viewer is installed. I believe, it is not professional and relies on user making appropriate input. Instead, I would like to be able to identify the location of the installation directory on my own.

Microsoft System CLR Types for Microsoft SQL Server 2012The SQL Server System CLR Types package contains the components implementing the geometry, geography, and hierarchy id types in SQL Server 2012. This component can be installed separately from the server to allow client applications to use these types outside of the server.

Sadly I'm no wiser about whether 2012 CLR types can be installed alongside a SQL 2008 installation, but after reading their requirements more carefully, I did see that they require a later OS than Server 2003 anyway, so I wouldn't be able to install them in this situation.

Every time I try to setup a VM the VNC Viewer disconnects and the install fails. What in the world is going on? I load all of the drivers per the wiki on the initial install of windows but just a few minutes in it disconnects and is done.

It's not giving me any other sort of errors besides disconnecting and shutting down. Upon restart of the VM it says an OS wasn't found press ctl alt del to restart. When I do that it just give the same message over and over and won't try to install the OS again.

I'm using the build in viewer, but I have tried the free standing viewer as well. When it disconnects the CPU activity on the server stops. The entire virtual machine is crashing back to a stopped state.

Yes. I have more on the way. I was just going to do a baseline install. I also tried installing Windows XP on it with the same configuration just to see if it was an issue of the low memory assignment, and it failed in the exact same manner.

Hi @nbarrow85, are you running that command on your PC or on the Jetson? It should be run on the Jetson, either inside the jetson-inference container or after you have built/installed the jetson-inference repo from source.

When I launch Creo Elements/Pro 5 (Wildfire 5) for the first time, I am prompted to install the thumbnail viewer.

What does this viewer do?

It was not in Wildfire 3, which is our currently-deployed release.

When I deploy WF5/CEP5, I do not want the users to see this prompt.

If the viewer is needed, I will arrange to have it installed silently.

If it is not needed, I would like to block the install prompt.

It's actually nice to get a preview of a file without having to actually select it and expand the viewer. You can also have a thumbnail image pop up within the model tree by hovering your cursor on the icon in the same manner. These behaviors arecontrolled by a config option. Install the viewerto eliminate the annoying prompt and then you can disable thumbnail popups byusing the config option: display_popup_viewer set to no. Between thumbnail images and the search tool for filtering files in the File Open dialog box, it is a time saver for many users.

Hi,

Thanks in advance. I had problems with the Gnome version, namely that Gnome sucks. So I just installed Cinnamon and it seems like there were more of a software selection than with this community / Cinnamon installation ? I would like to enable a bunch of repos and options if possible

Aeskulap works, not great, but ok. I will try Weasis.

If you need a viewer and know how to use WINE, microdicom and Radiant Dicom viewer are much better and free. I just do not know how to use Wine yet on this Distro. I use it and those viewers on Peppermint Linux.

To explore, communicate, and connect in Second Life, you'll need to download our 3D browsing software, or what we call the SL Viewer. It's not only fast and easy to download and install, but it's free and contains no spyware. 0852c4b9a8
