The Revoltution is Written!

Down By Law is a written blueprint for reform built on a simple premise: if the institutions meant to protect liberty no longer reflect the principles they were created to serve, then reform must begin with the law itself. At its center are a proposed Second Bill of Rights, the UnAlienable Rights Act, and the People’s Assembly—an interconnected framework intended to strengthen individual rights, restore accountability, and give ordinary people a more direct voice in the structure of government. This is not a campaign for a candidate, a party, or an election cycle. It is an effort to put a completed body of ideas before the public, invite serious examination and criticism, and build support around what the country should become. The revolution is written. Now it needs the people.
