Dues Notices will be out soon and are $250 this year. This is a balanced budget amount and assuming no major changes, will remain for the next year as well. Our meeting elected a new board with the members shown below. Please attend these meetings so your voice is heard.

Management of the daily POA functions have now been assumed by Association Services of BCS (Home - Association Services BCS ). Any POA issues can be sent to them at: help@associationservicesbcs.com.

About Us:

Our community began in 2019. The first homes were moved into in 2020 and the last home was completed in late 2021. The builders have transferred the HOA to a new Board and this page will have that information and more as we get started tackling the challenges of home ownership and community prosperity. Join us in this journey by being an active part of our community.
