Dove Valley is a group of citys connected that share the same constitution. Dove Valley first annexed Reno as a state in January 2020. Coldbay was annexed second and on Janurary 24th 2021 Freeport became a state. Dove Valley is the largest group of active citys serverwide along with the most financially supported city group.
