We had a first rate experience dealing with the DBS team during purchase and installation of a pellet stove.

This was our first time purchase of a pellet stove and we were not sure which features would meet our needs best.

During our meeting at the showroom Cindy and Doug were really helpful in explaining the various features of the different models available. Our questions were quickly and clearly answered and after the meeting we were able to quickly make a decision on the  stove that we should have installed.

The installation procedure was flawless, the team arrived promptly, were able to deliver and install the stove in not the easiest of locations.

The stove was installed and positioned perfectly, the outside venting was also installed very tidily.

When the installation was complete Thomas gave us great instruction about operation and maintenance procedures.

Overall a very professional job.

We would highly recommend the DBS team to anyone in their service area.

We’ve had Doug and crew out to do our chimney sweeps yearly for our wood furnace for a few years now. They are so friendly, always smiling and such a joy to have come around. They keep everything clean, you can’t even tell they’ve been here other than the perfectly cleaned glass on the furnace door. This past summer we had them install a chimney and wood cook stove for us. It is now winter and I’m sitting by the cook stove thinking how much I love it. I very highly recommend DBS for all your wood stove/chimney needs.

Hands down the best service in the industry. I called around to every other company in my area and either they wouldn't help me our with my broken stove or they were just plain rude on the phone. Doug came right over and did everything he could and more to help me out. They treated me like we were old friends and that right there is excellent customer service.
