For subscriptions purchased through an application marketplace, cancellation must generally be completed through that marketplace.
Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
After cancellation, you may generally continue using paid subscription features until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant payment platform, cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current subscription period.
Certain subscriptions may include a free trial.
The availability, duration, and conditions of a free trial will be displayed before you begin the trial.
Unless canceled before the free trial converts into a paid subscription, your subscription may automatically continue as a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee may be charged to your payment method.
Eligibility for free trials may be limited.
Users who have previously received a free trial or promotional offer may not be eligible to receive the same offer again.
The application marketplace or payment provider may determine eligibility for promotional offers or free trials.
From time to time, certain users may be offered:

Special subscription packages.
Eligibility, duration, price, and other conditions of promotional offers may vary.
After a promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically renew at the standard subscription price displayed when the offer was accepted, unless canceled before renewal.
Promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.
A valid subscription may provide access to premium features, increased usage limits, exclusive content, additional functionality, or other benefits.
The exact benefits included in a subscription may depend on the subscription plan selected.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee unlimited access to every feature unless explicitly stated on the purchase page.

Usage limits may apply to services that require significant computing resources, third-party processing, artificial intelligence processing, cloud storage, content generation, transcription, image generation, video processing, or other resource-intensive functions.

Unused usage allowances, credits, or benefits may expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless otherwise stated.
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
Any price changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the application marketplace or payment provider.
Where required, you may receive notice of a price change before the new price takes effect.
Some price changes may require your consent before the subscription can continue at the new price.
If you do not accept an applicable price change, you may cancel the subscription before the new price becomes effective.
Subscription payments are generally processed by the application marketplace or payment provider through which the purchase was made.
Refund eligibility and refund requests are therefore generally governed by the refund policies of the applicable marketplace or payment provider.
Purchasing a subscription does not automatically guarantee eligibility for a refund.
Where required by applicable law, users retain any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights available in their jurisdiction.
When a subscription expires or is terminated, access to premium subscription features may end.
Certain content, features, usage allowances, credits, or subscription benefits may no longer be available after expiration.
Any content you created while subscribed may remain available only where supported by the application.
You are responsible for exporting or saving any important content before your subscription or access expires where such functionality is available.

However, continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for reviewing all subscription details before confirming a purchase.
This includes reviewing:

Promotional conditions.
Included features.
Usage limits.
You are also responsible for managing your subscription and canceling it before renewal if you no longer wish to continue the subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
If you believe that a subscription purchase was made without authorization, you should promptly use the account security and purchase dispute procedures provided by the applicable application marketplace or payment provider.
Access to subscription services may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Violation of applicable terms.
Fraudulent activity.
Payment fraud.
Abuse of the service.
Unauthorized access.
Security risks.
Illegal activity.
Termination or suspension does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Any refund rights following termination will be determined according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant payment platform.
Unless otherwise permitted, subscriptions are personal to the account through which they were purchased.
Subscriptions, subscription benefits, credits, or entitlements may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another person or account.
Family sharing or similar functionality may be available only where supported by the applicable subscription plan and application marketplace.
This Subscription Agreement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in:
Subscription services.
Payment systems.
Application features.
Business practices.
Legal requirements.
Application marketplace policies.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions except where legally permitted or required.
Continued use of subscription services after revised terms become applicable constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Subscription Agreement is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Depending on your country or region, you may have additional rights relating to:
Subscription cancellation.
Automatic renewal.
Refunds.
Digital purchases.
Price changes.
Consumer protection.
Where this Agreement conflicts with mandatory applicable consumer protection law, the applicable law will prevail.
