Field of Research: Quantum Entanglement and Black Hole Physics, Open systems and Information Theory,  Q.F.T  on Noncommutative spaces.

 

Education:

-October 1999 PhD from SISSA, under the supervision of  Prof.R.Sorkin from the Physics Dept of Syracuse University, Syracuse ,New York USA, and co-supervision of Prof. R.Percacci from SISSA. The main focus of my PhD research was Quantum Gravity and my thesis on Causal Sets a Possible Interpretation of Black Hole Entropy and Related Topics in cosmology. We used the causal set approach to give an interpretation for the black hole entropy and also applied a new developed dynamics to explain  the largeness and the homogeneity of our universe.

 

-September 1998-March 1999 a visiting scholar at the General Relativity Group of Syracuse University, Syracuse New York , USA.

 

-October 1995: After passing the entrance exam  to the International School for Advanced Studies [SISSA] I attended courses of the Elementary Particle Sector [listed below] passing relative examination with full marks.
