Peter Swan built the Health Records app as an Ad Supported app.
This app is a personal health-logging tool for recording blood pressure, blood glucose,
and pulse. It is for reference only and does not provide medical advice.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use,
and disclosure of information.
Your Health Data Stays on Your Device
All records (blood pressure, glucose, pulse, notes) are stored only in the local
database on your device and are never uploaded to any server, cloud, or third party.
The app does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information.
If you enable the optional backup feature, an export file is created in the location
you choose via the system file picker, and importing restores records from a file you
select; both operations stay entirely on your device.
Health Data Is Never Used for Advertising
Health data is never used for ad targeting, and is never shared with third parties.
The free version contains ads served by Google AdMob. The AdMob SDK may
collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and standard technical data
needed to deliver and measure ads. See the

for details. You may make a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads, after which no ads
are loaded at all.
Permissions We Use and Why
• Notifications (optional): to show the daily measurement reminder you can
enable in Settings. The reminder is scheduled locally on your device.
• Internet / Ad ID: used only by the AdMob advertising SDK in the free
version, as described above.
The app does not request storage, camera, location, microphone, contacts,
or any other sensitive permission.
Third Party Services
The free version uses Google AdMob for advertising. Links to its privacy policy:

Log Data, Cookies, and Analytics
The app itself does not collect log data, does not use cookies, and does not include
analytics SDKs. The AdMob SDK included in the free version may process standard technical
data (such as IP address, device model, OS version) for ad delivery and fraud prevention,
as described in Google's policies linked above.
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. No personally identifiable information
is collected from anyone, including children.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored records. You can also delete any record
inside the app at any time, and export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
