To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, in-game items or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Google Play

You download the app through Google Play, and your use of Google Play is also governed by Google's terms. Google is not responsible for the app or for these Terms.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

If you break these Terms, your licence to use the app ends automatically. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after your use ends.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
