Dotori Photo Manager is a macOS app that helps users organize and view photos and videos selected by the user.
Data We Collect
Dotori Photo Manager and Dotori Labs do not collect personal information or transmit user data to external servers. The app does not use advertising, analytics, user tracking, or third-party data collection SDKs.
Information Processed on Your Device
To provide its core features, the app processes the following information only on your device:
• Folders, photos, and videos explicitly selected by the user
• Photos and videos on an iPhone connected and authorized by the user
• App settings such as favorites, tags, ratings, and sorting preferences
• Local cache and management information such as thumbnails, search indexes, and duplicate review records
This information is stored in the app sandbox or in locations authorized by the user. Files are created in another location only when the user explicitly uses an export or copy feature and selects that destination.
File Access
Dotori Photo Manager can access folders and removable volumes selected by the user. Operations such as renaming files, copying files, saving edited versions, or moving files to the Trash occur only when the user explicitly initiates the operation. The app does not automatically delete duplicate files.
Data Retention and Deletion
App settings and local management information remain on the device while the app is in use. When the app is deleted, information stored in the app sandbox is removed according to macOS policies. Original files in user-selected folders and exported files are not removed when the app is deleted.
Children’s Privacy
Dotori Photo Manager does not collect personal information, including personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If the app’s data-handling practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the effective date will be revised.
