Dot House — Privacy Policy

Dot House ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile game developed by Tanuj Khosla. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
The app collects minimal, anonymous data to power the Daily Challenge leaderboard:
• Anonymous Device ID — A randomly generated identifier created when you first open the app. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any personal account.
• Display Name — A nickname you choose voluntarily. You may use any name or skip this entirely.
• Daily Challenge Score — Your game score, submitted to our leaderboard.
• Country Code — Derived from your device's locale settings, used to display country flags on the leaderboard. We do not collect your IP address or precise location.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
• No email addresses
• No phone numbers
• No contacts or photos
• No precise location or GPS data
• No browsing history
• No advertising identifiers
• No data from other apps on your device
We do not run ads. We do not sell data. We do not share data with third parties.
LOCAL DATA
Pass-and-play game data (saved games, player names, settings) is stored entirely on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your phone.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use Supabase (supabase.com) to store anonymous leaderboard data. Supabase's privacy policy can be found at https://supabase.com/privacy.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Dot House does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app collects no personally identifiable information from any user.
DATA DELETION
To delete your leaderboard data, contact us at the email below. Local game data can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
