DotChi？ プライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシーは、商用サービスとして提供されているKenji Shimura（以下「サービス提供者」）が作成したDotChi？（以下「アプリ」）に適用されます。このアプリは「改変なく」利用いただくことを目的としています。

情報の収集と利用

アプリをダウンロードして使用する際、以下の情報を収集する場合があります：

  - デバイスのIPアドレス（例: インターネットプロトコルアドレス）

  - アプリ内で訪問したページ、その訪問日時、滞在時間

  - アプリの使用時間

  - デバイスのオペレーティングシステム

  - 広告表示のためのデバイス識別情報（Google AdMob SDKにより収集）

連絡について

サービス提供者は、必要に応じて以下の目的でユーザーに連絡を取ることがあります：

  - 重要なお知らせの送付

  - 必要な通知の提供

  - マーケティングプロモーションのお知らせ

第三者への情報提供

サービス提供者は、以下の条件で第三者にユーザーの情報を開示する場合があります：

1.  法律に基づく開示

    法令や召喚状等により開示が必要とされる場合。

2.  正当な理由による開示

    サービス提供者の権利保護、ユーザーや第三者の安全確保、不正行為の調査、政府機関からの要請に対応する必要がある場合。

3.  信頼できるサービスプロバイダーとの連携

    提供した情報を独自に利用せず、本プライバシーポリシーの規則に従うことに同意しているサービスプロバイダー。

4.  広告配信サービス

    Google AdMobによる広告配信のため、Googleが提供するプライバシーポリシーに従って情報が処理される場合があります。

アプリ内課金について

本アプリでは広告削除機能（¥120）のアプリ内課金を提供しています。課金情報はAppleによって処理され、サービス提供者が直接的にクレジットカード情報等を収集することはありません。

データ保存について

アプリは以下のデータをデバイス内にローカル保存します：

  - 商品比較データ

  - 比較履歴

  - アプリ設定情報

  - 購入履歴（広告削除の購入状態）

これらのデータはクラウドには送信されず、デバイス内でのみ管理されます。

オプトアウト（情報収集の停止）

アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべての情報収集を停止することができます。アンインストールは、モバイルデバイスやアプリストアの標準的な手順に従って行ってください。

データ保持ポリシー

サービス提供者は、ユーザーがアプリを使用している間、提供されたデータを保持します。また、その後一定期間保存する場合があります。アプリを通じて提供されたデータの削除を希望する場合は、サービス提供者（shimuken@gmail.com）までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応します。

子供の利用について

サービス提供者は、13歳未満の子供から意図的にデータを収集したり、マーケティングを行ったりすることはありません。

  - 13歳未満のお子様には、個人情報をアプリやサービスを通じて提供しないよう指導してください。

  - 親や保護者の方には、お子様のインターネット使用状況を監視し、このポリシーを遵守するよう指導することを推奨します。

  - 万が一、子供が個人情報を提供した疑いがある場合は、サービス提供者（shimuken@gmail.com）にご連絡ください。必要な措置を講じます。

  - ユーザーが居住する国において、16歳未満の方は、親または保護者の同意を得る必要があります。

セキュリティ

サービス提供者は、情報の機密性を保護することに努めています。物理的、電子的、手続き的な安全対策を講じ、処理および保持される情報を保護します。

変更について

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、このページを更新してお知らせします。定期的にポリシーを確認し、継続的な利用は変更に同意したものとみなされます。

同意

アプリを使用することにより、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された情報の取り扱いに同意したものとみなされます。

English Version

This privacy policy applies to the DotChi？ app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kenji Shimura (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

  - Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

  - The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

  - The time spent on the Application

  - The operating system you use on your mobile device

  - Device identification information for ad serving (collected by Google AdMob SDK)

Contact

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  - as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

  - when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

  - with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement;

  - with advertising services such as Google AdMob for ad delivery, processed according to Google's privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

This Application offers in-app purchases for ad removal (¥120). Payment information is processed by Apple, and the Service Provider does not directly collect credit card information.

Data Storage

The Application stores the following data locally on your device:

  - Product comparison data

  - Comparison history

  - App settings

  - Purchase history (ad removal purchase status)

This data is not transmitted to cloud services and is managed only on your device.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at shimuken@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (shimuken@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
